Fries were sadly soggy. But I'm used to that with McDonald's. The chicken sandwich that I got was delicious though. We ordered online and waited in the pickup area. With a full drive thru and people in lobby they got the food out fast
I ordered 3 family combo meals & they literally only took 9 minutes! Quick service & for the order correct fries were also fresh!!
The superior mcdonald's in grand island in my opinion. Sorry 2nd street, State street location has you beat by far. Keep up the great work, team!
The line was incredibly slow moving - don't know if there was just a massive rush and employees were having trouble or if something had gone completely awry. The employees were very kind and efficient. The food was pretty on par with average experiences.
Ordered a bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle with extra bacon. Didn't get the extra bacon but got charged for it and also no straws for our order.
Used to get my orders wrong. Was very slow. Has been much much better the last few months. Very quick service now.
I went to use a kiosk and scanned my coupon and the kiosk broke. Then when I went to the register to order they said sorry we can’t take your coupon because you scanned it at the kiosk. I explained the kiosk broke and they said too bad.
Sat in the drive thru for 40 Minutes for two quarter pounders, a strawberry shake and an ice cream come, played 15 dollars, finally got to the window and they couldn't even get the order right, had to pay another 2 dollars for the come at the window..this is why they will never get a penny from me or anyone I can talk out of spending money there..If I ran my store like they do at Webb and 13th in Grand Island Ne. I'd be on the Warren line..litterly sat si long ny shake was just nasty and watery.
My wife asked for ice cream, of course the ice cream and frappe machine was broke, I asked for a double quarter pounder with bacon and cheese and they forgot the bacon...come one McDonald's don't advertise it if u can't provide ?
Only gets my special order correct 50% of the time. Fries are always hot tho.
