I went through drive-thru, didn't have to wait long in line, order came out exactly what I ordered & they even gave me a coupon saying, "free fries" on your next burger purchase.

Ordered on app because that is what you do nowadays. They couldn't find my order for several minutes, when they did, 10 min for a Coke and Big Mac - no cheese (dairy allergy) with minimal traffic. Left curbside spot and went inside. After 5 minutes the door dash guys said you have to yell or they will ignore you all night. Finally got the cashier's attention and they went to the back and started making drinks. Door dash guy yelled for manager by name she comes out. Explain the food allergy and she says it wasn't ordered that way. Show the email confirmation and then another 9 minutes for another sandwich. 31 minutes to get a big Mac and Coke.

Haven't been there in a while. Just had the WORST meal I've ever had from a fast food place

Sun around 5 pm no in line at speaker in drive thru asked to wait one moment I said ok no problem waited and waited another car drives up in other lane gets order taken so I said hello nicely , she yells hold on! I said you hold on she yells I'm doing something and said something else I couldn't hear so we left How rude doesn't deserve 1 star

It was busy busy, took around 10 minutes to get my quarter pounder with cheese meal. The staff was great tho! It was around 415pm. I sat in the restaurant, drive thru was going at a good speed

got a burger tonight and they can't pay attention long enough to hand out the right food

The ENTIRE staff needs to be fired!! All of them are young and extremely rude! Not a single one of them have a clue about customer service or care!

I am unsure who the group of ladies were at the second window tonight, ( 8/20/2021 ) but it seemed as if they're there "hen session" that they were having was more important then the customer at the window. The young woman at the window, who was handing the food out, took a special care as to not even glance out the drive-thru window as she was handing things out. As a matter of fact she tried handing me an extra bag of food because she was paying that little of attention. Both lids on my drinks were not put on properly, thankfully whoever her runner for bagging the food was competent enough to get the order right. Overall, customer service and and quality of work and pride of work was almost non-existent this evening.

This McDonald’s or city was the first for us. While visiting family on the way back we stopped to get food. They were busy and we waited for maybe 5 mins to get to the drive speaker afterwards they asked for us to order and then turned off the mic. After taking the order of others in front of us we were ready. We told them our order and nobody responded. We asked them again, no one answers. Then they start taking 2 more orders in the opposite drive thru. The entirety of this interaction nobody asks us to repeat or verify our order. Their were cars behind us but, nobody asked us to move forward or took the order on the screen. So after waiting maybe 7-10 mins in the drive to get a hold of staff we simply left. I just got a really nasty feeling. I hope others had a better experience.

When someone asks for ez mayo that means exactly that not extra not the regular amount but ez but then again I forget even when not busy you guys can't help but screw up orders yet think you need 16 bucks a hr or more but you mess up the simplest things ??? need a 3rd window open to fix all your mistakes foods to expensive for you guys to not make it to order
