We have had multiple issues with this Little Ceasars. We've been there a half hour before they close and they refuse to take any orders and were out of hot and readys. We went another night an hour before they closed and asked for them to make a stuffed crust pizza and all the kid did was sigh super loud, bury his face in his hands at the window and not say anything. So I asked if a hot n ready would be easier.Then tonight we ordered online at 730. We go to pick it up by 815 and they canceled the order and didn't notify us. We're done with them for a while.
Absolute trash. Ordered online, had my order cancelled with no call or notification. They said they didn‘t have ‚stuff‘. This store is regularly under staffed and under stocked. Do yourselves a favor and close already.
They were very understaffed and distant and cold with us... took our order... took our payment... then just stayed clear away from the window for an unexpectedly long amount of time... then... they got our order wrong... we ordered three things... and they got all of it wrong... just left because we were running late and quite hungry as it was... not very satisfied with their service...
Grand Island Nebraska store is horrible. No one answers the phone, can’t order online and is always out of one or more things you want.

So sad my pizza and cheese sticks weren’t cooked all way ? will definitely not be coming back again!!!!!!!
I waited on hold 25 minutes. My son ordered pizza from pizza hut went and picked it up and got it home and they still didn't anwser the phone!!!
I ordered and paid online. Pulled up to the window for them to tell me that they gave my cheese bread to someone else and it would be "about 7 minutes" for more. So I asked him to bring out a couple zap packs when my pizza and bread were done and pulled ahead to wait. 10 minutes later they bring my order out. When I get home I discover that I didn't get the zap packs I asked for, I ordered and paid for ranch and garlic butter sauce and didn't get either. The cheese bread was only half cooked. Neither the pizza nor the cheese bread were cut all the way through. The pizza had a couple pockets with tons of sauce but the majority of the pizza had no sauce on it. Very disappointed and will not be visiting this place again.
Fast beyond perfect flavors friendly staff clean organized inexpensive so I can shop more places the list r is long
