Customer service here sucks. They won't take orders over the phone. So if you're paying with cash, you have to go in and order and sit and wait for however long it takes to make it. That's a real pain when you have small children with you.So I drove 20 minutes out of my way to the Hastings location because they will take orders over the phone and the pizza is better there anyway. Clearly Hastings location cares more about their customers than either GI location.
The young cashier girl helped me with dinner before she got off was awesome. Hope to come back through again soon.
No pizza's hot n ready. Ordered pizza and asked for a fresh breadstick with pizza. They didn't hardly cut pizza and gave me some old horrible breaks ticks.

Worse Little ceasar in the US..bad customer service..they just look at U don't acknowledge U..U guys don't wonna work here...go home let someone that wants to work take over. Never stopping in this damm joint.
We were on our way out of town and thought we would stop and get slices and sticks. I tried calling for ten minutes to order...literally the whole way there. They hung up once and didn't answer the phone after more than 100 rings. We got there and at were at first ignored. When the young worker finally acknowledged my husband, he acted annoyed that he would have to make a slices and sticks, so my husband picked out 2 combos that were ready. The cashier said they were fresh...they weren't. Terrible service and a worker who didn't want to do his job. We WON'T be back.
Only giving one star bc I can’t give less. Perhaps the worst pizza I’ve ever had. There was way too much cheese and no sauce at all. Just terrible.
No one has showed up for a few days says the one girl working at subway. Sad people here even rather stay home and collect government assistance.
Their app says they close at 8pm, they were closed when I came in at 7:15
No pizzas ready. Guy had his pants hanging off. Would never go back there for any reason. The whole travel center is a joke really.If you can avoid Nebraska DO IT
