Husband and stopped for breakfast on mother's day he had the sunrise meal but all he got was croissant with a piece sausage no egg no cheese, and no potato rounds. I had biscuits and gravy with no utensils. SMDH oh and the coffee my husband grew hair again . ✌ was the first and last time.
I was disappointed with our food the first time we didn't have a coupon we full price for dry crunchy buns normally they have one of the best fast food burgers in town
Absolutely disgusting, my burger was way to salty and the flavors did not mesh well together. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The only good thing about this place was the cashier, he was very nice and welcoming.
The 2 staff members were courteous. Manager and cashier did an upgrade because of a glitch in there system so the meal better than what I ordered beforehand. They are very short staffed but I notice that is everywhere
Dining room was closed when we went over lunch, but there was no notice on the door. Went through drive through and our chicken was under cooked and the breading was still doughy. Got a cheeseburger that was supposed to have onion rings on it, just had onions.Skip this Hardee’s and go somewhere else.
Terrible Terrible service. I know good help is hard to find right now. But why wouldn't everyone work together instead of standing around. And the food is nothing what it used to be. Grand Island Hardee's really needs to get it together. 20 mins in drive thru is unacceptable
Do not go too this Hardee’s, this restaurant has not had a working toaster for the sourdough bread for a Frisco burger for 3 year’s. I was told today by the GM that as long as they smear butter on the the bread ppl still buy them Bahahahahaha it’s place is a joke OMG! Hardee’s is blatantly misrepresenting the Frisco threw commercials, menu boards, and flyers be they haven’t had a toaster at this store in 3 years. She will not give me the name of her boss or a number to corporate.
Food wasn’t made as pictured (onions on burger instead of onion rings. Chicken had a weird pinkish/orange cottage cheese texture on the inside that made it inedible
The chicken strips with honey mustard sauce were great. Nice clean place to eat.
Great Customer Service, Kayla even ran out and brought me silverware , because I requested it. I was greater with a smile. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!!
