Never usually a bad experience, but this time was awful. Went to pick up our order, checked the pizzas, and we got a Pepperoni instead of cheese. Went in to tell them, they took the pizza, tossed it and was like guess we will have to make another probably gave away your cheese. This whole ordeal to just get our pizza took over half hour. The guy was very rude, never offered anything or apologized. Horrid customer service. Regardless if anyone is short staffed, there's no need to he rude and handle service this way.
I have always had great experiences with Domino's, especially the Grand Island location. However, this is a 1st. Usually polite and understanding, I can call and typically get answers before ordering if I'm unsure of something. But I was talked to with a tone, kinda short with me, and kind of in a hurry after I 1st said I had 2 simple questions.
Apparently there was an issue with our order because we were told to come back through the pick up window a few times. The app said the order was ready, so we waited quite awhile. We really didn’t have a choice due to a lot of places being closed so early. I’ve experienced absolutely horrible service there a couple of times before. I thought here we go again! Anyway, the staff was so polite about it and apologized. I didn’t have to say or do anything. They were proactive instead of reactive and that makes a huge difference! I wish I had the lady and young man’s names that helped us Saturday night so I could mention them. Thank you whoever you are.. as a CSR myself, I appreciate good service! :) The food was HOT, tasted good, and everything we ordered right down to the ranch was there! That rarely happens if you go to another drive through. Kudos!
Our order was being inspected for over an hour and when we called we were told that it left for delivery 30 minutes prior. Hour waiting still no food, called back and was told Our order hadn't even left yet. So 1.5 hours it sat being inspected and never even left for delivery!
My 8 piece order of boneless chicken was actually 4 pieces cut in half
Pizza was perfect but wings are glorified chicken nuggets with good dipping sauce and no dipping sauce for bread sticks delivered almost to the max minute time they gave us
The night manager was horrid towards me and he told me that I shouldn't be eating pizza because I have colon cancer. Pizza is actually good for people who have pharyngeal cancer, or colon cancers. We have been a Domino's faithful customer for over 20 years. I have never been so disrespected in my life by a manager none the less. And he hung up on me when I was trying to explain that I accidentally clicked the wrong button on my phone. Very sad.
Food is ALWAYS hot and made exactly as I ordered it. Staff is very friendly! Five stars!
This one is consistent (spl?) and I really know they are trying company wide to put out a better product so they are constantly improving which is nice!!!!
Domino’s never fails. Order right ever time. Foods always delicious!
