This was by far one of the BEST BK'S I've been to in a while! We were greeted upon entering, our meal was made fresh to order, our fries were hot, the restaurant was clean inside, the manager also walked around and asked those who were dining in if their meals were great. Overall I told him it was one of the Best BKs we've been to!!
I am allergic to preservatives that gets 1 star but service at window gave 5 stars for cuz not their fault
Waited in line for 15 minutes and then someone comes out in the drive thru and says we aren't open after 8 so we are not taking anymore orders. It was 738pm.... NEVER going back.
I know the public is not allowed in the building, but come on. Its 4-20-22 and 2:40pm, me and my wife just ordered food. The first bite of my wife's burger and she pulls out a hair! The bad thing about the public being shut out is that the staff gets too comfortable with their routine. That they start slacking on the rules because no ones there to hold them accountable. They're short staffed and possibly miss managed buy someone who is under alot of stress. I sympathize, but there is no excuse for not following the rules at any time.
So...... didn't get one of my burgers which was fine, until I came home after picking up said burger just to bite into my double stackers and NEITHER of them have ketchup, mustard or anything else that should be on there....
Amazing how consistently bad the service is. Haven't been there in months, so decided to give it another go. After waiting nearly 30 minutes in the drive through (only 3 cars and an empty lobby), I still managed to get cold limp soggy fries. Apparently they fill the drink soon as it's ordered, because the ice was melted and the drink was watery after the 30 minute wait. And to top it off, no condiments that I asked for. Nothing has changed. Still trash!
I see they have a sign posted in their drive thru that asks to be patient due to the shortage of help and they are doing the best to get us our food hot and fresh. Well if that is what they consider hot and fresh they might want to close the doors now!!! I have gone 3 times this month trying to be patient all 3 times my burgers have been cool cheese not even melted. One time burger was raw and the fries were room temp this last time as I was driving off. I would rather wait a little longer and really get it hot and fresh. I will never come back to them . In fact I ate at two different stores in Grand Island and both were bad!!! Good luck staying in business!!!
$3.50 for a biscuit that costs $1 at McDonald’s. Not to mention the ungodly wait time. No wonder nobody comes here.
Was given a gift card with the the bk logo across the front, balance checked at the counter. Gift card declined, where the manager told me the card was not a bk gift card. The guest service in this store is unacceptable.
Fast and Hot. Cashier was very friendly. They was very busy but still got our order in a timely manner.
