So I ordered on my app and my boyfriend ordered on his app. The store processed his order but not mine. But my debit card was charged for both purchases but I only received one order. When I asked for a refund (after waiting in the drive thru for 40 minutes) they told me I could not get a refund and “they have nothing to do with the app”. When I asked for the phone number to their corporate office, the manager refused to give it to me. She said, “you can find it on google” and shut the drive thru window. I will NEVER order from this place again. ??worst customer service experience ever.
REALLY getting frustrated. Was so excited to have a new location at our end of town, however, time after time we are disappointed. We often pre-order from the app...which SHOULD be the easiest order they get!! Butttttt.....we STILL have to wait in line forever, the fries are half-full, no napkins in the bag (seriously....I shouldn't have to ask for a flipping napkin!!!), by the time we get to our house a few blocks away the food is already cold...the fries are usually lukewarm right out of the bag. No, I don't bother having the food re-made because if they consistently don't care about doing a quality job, what would they do if, heaven forbid, they have to RE-DO the job...? I keep saying I won't come back, I'll just go across town to Cane's for some hot food....time for us to do that. Oh....and since I order from my app, it should be easy enough to find my customer profile to reach out and make this right somehow.
So, ordered my food in drive thru! She repeated order back but I couldn’t hear very good! I told her that and asked if she said 2 items! She had not had that! I told her well I think that right but I couldn’t hear you well! She gave me total and told me to pull up! After hearing total I knew something was missing for it should of cost more! Got to window and asked if they had gotten few other things and figured out what was missed! Didn’t add $5 meal! Anyways we asked to add that on and I got told I would have to go threw the drive thru again! WHAT?! I asked to talk to manager! The lady at window told me manager was one whom took my order! I’m thinking ok ya she knew I said I couldn’t hear well when she repeated order so it be no problem! She did add it on, but said she not supposed too! I’m thinking you all ready know you missed part of order! You were told I couldn’t hear as you repeated order! Maybe she couldn’t hear me! Then they need new equipment! Anyways i have to sandwich’s back bc they made wrong! Then it turn out that the 5$ meal they didn’t get well they herd me say sandwich just not meal! Then put $5 meal in another transaction! As they were all ready rude and had things messed up! I left it alone that we had extra sandwich that we didn’t want for it was to be in the $5 meal! Also, we were only people in drive thru! Also lobby, I could see no one at there counter so I just think that customer service was just awful experience! They didn’t apoligize, or nothing! We ended up waiting for good 10 mins or more by then peps we’re starting to fill the drive thru! Like 3 cars! Even then is that really a rush hour for them that they be so unkind and so slow?!A McDonalds need to be put on South Locust st! I would never go to Burger King then!
Wayyyyyy better and cleaner than the one on 2nd st, Our order's were fresh and hot, only problem was I ordered a #10, original chicken sandwich, I always order with cheese and tomatoes, no mayo, cut in half, have been since I was a baby in the 90's, a looooong time ago. Only problem was, it wasn't cut in half.. must be to much to ask.. atleast they didn't rip it in Half like 2nd st did. Other than that, it was perfect, will definitely be coming back here since 2nd st sucks..
I used to work at a bk as a kid. Never heard of 4 cars being to busy as they closed the drive through at 12:20 over that reason. Thought I was lucky I got in but I'm still waiting in the drive through almost 20 mins later.
I was not impressed with the south locusts store in Grand Island. We ordered 2 biscuit sandwiches this morning. They were so hard we couldnt eat them. I talked to the lady that waited on us and she said as soon as they come out of the warmer they get hard. I worked fast food for 27 years and our biscuits never did that. There is something wrong there!
It is posted on all the doors lobby open at 7. it's 8am and staff is on their phones, laughing, joking and will not unlock doors to open resta. I knocked on the door. They laughed and pointed at me. Rude staff, poor service.
The store was absolutely filthy. The tables were dirty. The soda machine appears to have never been cleaned. There was spilt soda, old food & trash on the floor. The manager gave us PAPER TOWELS to clean a table off. After we asked for something that would actually clean a table, he told us we were never allowed back in his store!!! Someone needs to come in & inspect this restaurant. The employees, other than the girl running the register, stood around talking. While we waited for over 10 minutes for our food. It was a HORRIBLE experience!!! Wish we would've looked around a little better before ordering & paying.
I was the only customer inside. Waited 5mins to get my order taken. 3 associates just looked at me standing there before I was asked if I needed help. Everyone looked mad. I got the vibe there was tension amongst eachother. Keep in mind it was 9:30am. Not a good way to start the day. My drink was forgotten and one associate made rude tone comment to the other saying "you forgot his drink".
I definitely have to give them props my order was not easy i had decided to buy cheeseburgers for everyone at my wife's job so ordering 10 and still having them get to me still warm was a feat had to wait a little long but i guess that's to be expected
