I had to ask for new fries. Mine were barely lukewarm. Meaning they were old. I hope everyone behind me appreciated those hot crispy taters lol
I've worked in the food industry for 25+ years. And this is by far a horrible Burger King. I've gone to this one 3 times and every single time they have gotten my order wrong. I've finally given up on them.
Sat in drive thur for half a hour because they had no one in the kitchen because they were having a manager’s meeting. There is no way out after u get in line. No food and late for appointment
This one on 2nd st is very short staffed, drive thru intercom wasn't working... Had to order at window, had to ask for dipping sauce, fork for my pie, napkins after they handed me my order . It was kinda like they didn't know what came with an order. But they did manage to cut my whopper Jr in half as ordered. Got a shake but no whipped cream on top, said it doesn't come with even though I got one from Webb rd about 2 months prior; and was real cream! Plus register receipt was practically unreadable.. couldn't find store number, what I ordered was not readable most letters and numbers were faint or missing. I was going to give my opinion but could not because all info I needed was unreadable. Who ever owns this BK better take management and customer service courses plus train the employees fully soon or lose the business.
Very bad customer service. Waited at least 40+ minutes for my food. When it was just sitting there on the rack. Don’t waist your time go to a different bk! There was workers in the back doing who knows what. Very chaotic, not under control, not sanitary, and not clean!
About 20min wait on drive thru... A lot better then a couple months ago where it was either 45min to an hr. Great food!
Wow, this is the worst drive thru in town, slow can't even describe it, 30 minutes three cars, close it up its a dumpster fire, whoever owns this burger King you should mystery shop it, you will see why this place is the worst.
They start Managers at $15/hr. No wonder they're constantly looking for help. I make $16/hr as a line cook at a bar and its nowhere near as much work as fast food. BK is failing its employees and customers.
Well its one start cause I can't leave no stars waited 30 mins for food came out cold wasn't even what I wanted i had to go home and re cook all the food ,the sandwich I got wasn't even finished no toppings at all , the complete and lack of professionalism baffled me no apologies or anything , I even had to ask for my card back because they couldn't even manage to do that I understand all businesses are having hard times but that was just unessisary
Slow service and workers confused orders but given what has been happening in the world. I've learned that I must only go to these places when I have time to spare not when I'm in a hurry. Because for now work ethic is lacking in this country of ours sadly. Hope fully that will change soon so we can finally get back to normal again. And hopefully restaurants will cleaner and people will not crowd each other so much when placing their orders.
