Delivery orders don't mean nothing to them. Don't be prepared as you ask and order not all you ask. I eat at these alot in Texas. All I can say is eat in but don't order out. They don't care about order accuracy if you not there to complain
The atmosphere was comfy, the wait staff was friendly, kind, and got my order correct. I had a Mt Dew Legendary Long Island to drink and a guacamole bacon cheeseburger with onion rings for my entrée and managed to squeeze in some loaded ice cream for desert, and it was anything but disappointing!While sitting there waiting for my food, my attention was on the TV showing the Special Olympics, with the one professional athlete every atheist loves to hate, Tim Tebow, showing his support, and I was wondering if the Down Syndrome participants in the Special Olympics actually had more going for them in life than someone like me...
I broke the rule of not getting what they are known for, so I decided to try the ultimate nachos. They had shredded chicken, cheese sour cream and jalapeno peppers. I meant to ask them to hold the jalapeno peppers as I'm not into them, but forgot. Chips were thin, tasty, but as they were thin, harder to pick up the cheese and chicken, but didn't bother me.
Had a carry out . Forgot to give me my dipping sauce, fries cold cause they sat so long. First night. Second night cause out of town thought bad night order again. Fries cold , food done way before pickup. No Carmel with my old cakeBurger good that's about it and it still cold

Not sure of anyones names so I’m just guessing, mr hostess man, let’s call him Christian, did absolutely nothing, he pointed to a table and said sit there, then didn’t say anything the rest of the night, didn’t help anyone not even coworkers, he walked around on his phone and ate food near the kitchen. Manager came, let’s call him Travis, he asked if we had been helped yet, we didn’t so he took our order and gave us drinks, no one had given us napkins or silverware so we got them ourselves. randomly a waitress (calling her Stephanie) said she will be taking over our table. Stephanie did the best she could, she practically ran every table and was as nice as could be. (I’m also gonna say they weren’t short staff, there were a lot of people wondering around, sitting on their phones and going back to the kitchen, coming out and eating something but never working. And I can promise you they weren’t all on break at the same time, if they were, their break would have been 3 hours for cause it was the whole time we were there)It was a mess, 2 of us got food and the other two waited about 15 to 20 minutes till their food came out. At the end of the night our food was disgusting and it took 30 minutes to get our checks. All in all it was a great time to people watch and see the madness but on the other note we all left feeling sick.Edit: it’s the next day and 3 out of 4 of us have food poisoning, won’t go back again.
Just got a naked pick up order, sauce on side. Service was great and wings were fresh and hot.
so so pleased with my experience here!!! im from out of town so i was uneasy about going somewhere new, especially a bww. let me tell you Annabelle was the best waitress ive ever had. so polite, so charming. such a kind soul and ill definitely be back!
Waited over 20 minutes to be seated while the hosts were messing around and not helping cleaning off tables. Once we placed our order it took over 45 minutes to get our food. The hamburger that was order was wrong (waitresses fault), sent it back, when brought out the cooks messed it up. The waitress said that she was going to make thing right and didn't. Probably won't go back
Had the all American burgur on a Sunday night around 9 o clock and it was loaded with TONS of grease. Only took a few bites before I couldn’t do it anymore. Every bite I took grease would just run down my mouth. Other then that the Mac n chese and wings were great.
