Disappointed and sad about this location…small wings now, told us 40 min but it took over an hour, sealed up the bag so we didn’t catch that we were missing blue cheese until we got home, kitchen, counter and even the windows are dirty - like they don’t ever get cleaned properly. There were only 3-4 employees on a Saturday nightI - seems like they need help. Lots of other orders went out while I waited in store for 25-30 min more than the 40 min I was told. No dine in customers at all any more…t’s gradually been going downhill, so won’t be ordering from this location again…
Just got back from picking up a split bone/boneless and the Voodoo Fries. Flavors are damned good, the fries should have been ordered extra crispy with all the stuff they put on, but still most awesome. Only four stars because I think the traditional wings are pretty small.
Stopped in to pick up my order, Colin was super helpful and polite. You don't see that much in young kids these days so wanted to give him a shout out! Also, order was correct and food was great!
I’m not even going to go in details , but this is my second time coming here and my order gets messed up. This time I called and spoke to manager Naomi , I wasn’t rude but I feel like she was annoyed by me calling about not getting what I paid for. Smh how are you a manager with no customer service skills ?? Last time coming to this location
Terrible customer service. Got put on hold twice for over 10mins. Then place online order that i had to wait 20 mins extra because they “didn’t get it”. Picking up is usually always a 10min wait and theres hardly ever anyone there so thats not an excuse. I dont even do reviews like that but they’re horrible its that bad i had to jump on here.
The wings were extremely salty, oily, and sickly sweet. Was really looking forward to trying them and was sorely disappointed. BWW is so much better. So sad to have wasted money here.
This place was ridiculous. We came to dine in and waited 10-15 minutes and when I asked about it they realized they were taking too long. There were at least 5 employees and maybe two were actually doing somethingz
Honestly I never had a problem with this location until tonight. There is only one young later working tonight around 9:15-9:30 on 4/9/22 so I would advise you all speak with her before you lose customers. We ordered online so there was not much interaction even needed. Went to pick up and she read the receipt off to my daughter who went in to pick up but did not give her the $5 lemonade we purchased. My daughter assumed it was in the bag and I'm like no way they put a cold lemonade in with piping hot food. We are now about a block away from home when we turn back to get the lemonade. Mistakes happen so I was not even upset until we pulled into parking lot and the yound lady who gave my daughter the food immediately rolled her eyes and knew it was us. She then walks away from the counter before we're all the way out the car. We stand there and she gets on her phone and looks up a couple of times but returns back to her phone. Another young man comes to help and was like weren't you just here. Yes we were....but we did not receive our drink from our online order. He apologized and made it right which is why there are still 3 stars on top of now our food is cold. If that's her attitude now and she's in customerservice, I don't see things going too well for her. I apologize and handing us the drink would of been perfectly fine. She gone run into someone matching her same energy and its not gonna end well for her!
This place has some of the best wing flavors around. I like this place better than most wing places because they offer all their flavors in boneless wings. Not to mention their fries are pretty tasty too.
Tried for the first time. Did not know what to order, so ended up ordering something that was way to spicy for me. Steve, the manager, made me a new batch of garlic parmesan and a batch without any seasoning, at no cost to me! This is great customer service , and I will be back for garlic parmesan wings this time!
