By far the worst wendys in the area. Staff tends to be rude, burgers are always dry, like bone dry, and they close 5 mins before 8 pm. Who does that?!

Ordered our food and extra sauces that were .30 cents a piece to get halfway home and looking in the bag had no sauces. Fries were cold. Called and the manager was very rude didn’t apologize acted as if I inconvenienced her. She said come back I’ll replace the fries, sure did and from working in a similar fast food restaurant I know when the fries have been re heated and they were! Very disappointed will never ever go to this location again

Usually I have a great experience at Wendy's when I get breakfast, but today was not good. I pulled up to the drive through and I just got a rude "what do you want" and I ordered, and then when I got to the window the lady was very rude and didn't even tell me my total. She then walked around the back room for a couple minutes and handed me my drink and food and just closed the window. I get that mornings are slow but at least have some customer service :/

This location opens at 8am. I tried to get coffee at 8:06 am. I was handed a cold stale cup. They adamantly claimed they made it that morning. So not only did they hand me yesterday's cold stale coffee but they rudely lied about it.

Manager and staff were very rude because we asked for the items we paid for, tried to buy additional chili sauce packets (offered to pay) was met with a lot of attitude. Didn't give us a reciept so we basically had to sit there arguing back and forth. Didn't even give us our chili. Overall horrible experience wouldn't recommend going here.

Wendy's $5 Dbl Stack Biggie Bag is the best thing going...RIGHT NOW! Especially if you pay the extra $1.20 to make the fries the Baconator Fries & get the Hi-C Orange drank (yes, when it's good...it's called "drank"). ? ?Like everything else in Belleuve (so far) their food be on point. The meat is not overcooked, their Baconator Frys are perfect w/ the right amount of cheese & perfectly crispy bacon, even the nuggets are fresh and not dried out from being under a heat lamp. Go to 72nd Street (across from NFM) their food be dried out & soggy and their Hi-C be Tang ? (not really Tang but that was funny).

Service at drive thru was terrible tonight. This current evening Drive thru crew have no business dealing with the public. Worst people skills than any other place I've ever been to. On top of that, the food was just awful. Sandwich buns were as hard as rocks, and fries were all mushy. Never again....

I ordered lunch at 10:30. They told me to pull forward and wait because they had to cook the food still. 15 min later I was still waiting. Left at 10:45 with no food because the doors were locked so I couldn't even go inside to see what was talking so long. So someone basically took my $10 and forgot about me.

Wendy's...So I was out running errands with my wife and having the usual what's for lunch discussion. I suggested Wendy's, we went to the closest one and found out they still aren't doing dine in. Okay, to the drive thru we go! We get to the speaker and are informed it's cash only as the card reader is down. Bummer, we don't carry cash anymore. Off to another Wendy's that's on the way home. We order, pay and eat in the parking lot, because no dining room. The food is the usual quality for Wendy's, tasty, a little too salty but otherwise good. However when I got to the last 3 nuggets I discovered a spicy surprise. The last 3 weren't ordinary nuggets... They were spicy or buffalo. Anyway, they were clearly different and all tucked in at the bottom. That's not really a problem for most people but I don't care for spicy food. All in all it's a fast food joint operated mostly by high schoolers and twenty somethings so things like this are to be expected. Plus do I really need 10 nuggets and a bunch of fries? Not really. Anyway, I'll keep going to Wendy's on occasion but maybe I'll check my nuggets before pulling away. Sometimes I do need 10.?

We looked all over Bellevue for some ice cream in Bellevue, that night.( 3/30) And found it right at our back door at Sonic. It was late, after 11pm, on the 30th of March. I can't eat chocolate after 2 pm and I was delighted that they had a strawberry/? blast. My husband was elated he could have a Reese's pieces Blast. There was a patient young woman there who served us at the Drive-thru and a nice young man name Nick who assisted later. What a Treat! Thank you!!! Thank you!!! "One Very Happy Bellevue Couple"
