Only wanted lettuce and meat? and dang a little chincy on the lettuce,it had cheese and onions part of the shell missing.wasted my money because it went in the garbage .my grandson wanted the meat and potato burrito with meat and potato only and it had lettuce on it, the oles were old cold and hard on a good note the cheese was hot...#QUALITYCONTROL
We used to eat here a lot since it's so convenient for us. Unfortunately we have stopped because the food isn't consistant with its quality. It's a box of chocolates wondering if your taco will be mostly lettuce or not. The potatoe ole's are over salted most times. I've called management to no avail. Good luck if you go here.
Good although the beef in my taco was only at the bottom. Would recommend they spread out the meat and lettuce to cover entire taco.

Exceptional customer service has almost become a thing of the past. We consumers have grown accustomed to outsourced customer service departments and faceless, electronic "help." It always gives me a bit of hope when somebody actually goes above and beyond the call of duty and provides excellent customer support.A young lady by the name of Nikita provided me OUTSTANDING customer service in the Drive-Thru! TACO JOHN'S IS LUCKY TO HAVE HER!
My first review of this store was not good, but I'm changing it. Maybe they were just having a bad day. I went in again and they were responsive and so nice. They got my order ready and let me know what was going on the whole time. My customer was very happy with his order and Taco John's worked with me as a team to make that happen. Thank you Taco John's!
Young lady would not take order and said it would be 7 minutes before she could. No explanation. I waited a couple of minutes and tried again to order thinking she just made an error, no big deal. She stated the same thing. Decided not to order. There was only one truck ahead of me. Only two bags given to that customer and only took about 4 minutes. When I drove by there were 4 young employees standing around. Do not go to this place. I will not and will encourage my friends and family to ditch it too. This site does no allow a video upload. As I do have a short one showing two of the employees not helping with the order.
Food was fresh, service was a little slow but not bad, that seems to be the norm these days cuz everyone is short-handed.
I'm a big fan of taco John's breakfast. What can I say, it's always great. Lol.
Love this location. Foods always hot (even when you do delivery). The staff is friendly and fast- especially Robin! They make sure your order is made quickly and correctly.The meat and potato burrito is always good and I really like the taco salad. Also tried the stuffed grilled taco (yum) and the spicy chicken and potato griller (delicious spicy sauce). Plus the potatoes ole and cheese is always a hit.
