Made us wait well over 30 minutes in a line, got to the order screen right at 11:59 and then wanted to tell us they were closed…
20 minute wait in the drive through with to get a mobile app order wit 3 cars ahead of me is bad service. I get the way things are and that teenagers expect a living wage, but employers should be able to get good work for those wages. There is no urgency and certainly no "fast food" any more. The low food quality and high price are not worth the trip. You can't have living wages if you are out of business.
Isn't worth the price anymore. I went twice recently and they messed up my food. The second time (this morning) they messed up my food twice, so I can't go back to have it fixed. Gas costs too much to have to drive back to taco bell three times for one meal because of mistakes.
Every single time I have gone to this god forsaken building they find some new way to mess up my order. The past few times they have straight up stolen my money and wasted my time by being closed but still allowing mobile orders to come through. Do not eat at this restaurant.
Don't bother ordering anything in a particular way because they will undoubtedly make your food the way they want. If you have food allergies be ware!! If you ask for one food item to not be in your food, they will make it double with that item. It happens so consistently that it seems like it on purpose!! Bellevue deserves better!!
Price is too high and the food looks sad but what else would you expect
The lobby at this one is ALWAYS closed for some reason.. it is wildly inconvenient, especially with online orders that allow you to select “in store” without being open.
This Taco Bell looks really nice inside.The staff was nice when we placed our order.Almost all the tables and chairs were slightly dirty with crums and minor smudges.It was very cold in the dining area.
This latest experience at the restaurant was very positive. It was really easy to order my food and the staff member that was assisting with food orders was very friendly, professional and attentive. The food came out very fresh and well put together. The staff ensured that the order was correct and also made sure the requested sauces were in the bag. It was a very pleasant experience.
Your root beer in the soda machine definitely needs changed out. Tastes like straight carbonated water.
