This used to be quick . Buy now with new placing your own order took me 20mins through the drive through and there was no one ahead of me. it take forever for the employees to even address you, regardless of whether there is a line or not.

They are SO SLOW and make you wait in the drive thru line even when you place an order online that is paid for ahead of time. My pickup time was suppose to be 7:10pm. I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru and when I pulled up to the window the lady said my order still wasn’t ready at 7:40pm. The lobby is ALWAYS closed due to “short staff” but yet there were three people working? It’s so ridiculous. Avoid this Subway unless you want to wait 30+ minutes for a sandwich.

We went just for ice cream and walked up to the store at 7:45p, we saw a staff member run to the door as we were walking up to the door and they locked the doors on us, at 7:45p. We knocked saying closing time is 8p and they yelled back “We have to clean now”. Since when do you close 15 min early to clean? If that’s the case, change the times on your door and online noting “we close 15 min earlier than noted so we can clean”.

This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to. Not only does it take forever for the employees to even address you, regardless of whether there is a line or not, but they don’t give you all of your items and the ones they do are not made correctly. Among many mistakes in our order including missing sides and drinks, missing toppings, wrong sides, we also had extremely MESSY sandwiches, not cut at all, and they made me a chicken bacon ranch with teriyaki chicken ? nauseating. Never coming back to this location again because they have repeatedly unimpressed me, but today was the last straw. 0/10 run away screaming

This is the worst subway I’ve came to, apparently the toaster and ice machine were not working. To top it off Nessa the employee looked absolutely miserable. It seemed as if she was not trained properly. The sandwich represented her mood, unpleasant.

Horrible experience. Lady behind counter was rude and didn't want to make my sandwiches the way I wanted them. Was rude to her coworker and ignored other customers. Was there about 4:10 pm on 3-25-22. I won't go to this place again.

I went tonight and tried to order but they told me they were starting to close so they can’t make some stuff. I asked what they could make and they said the only thing they still had was sliced meat? It wasn’t even 9:30 and they don’t close till 10, or that’s what it says online and there open sign was still on.

Sandwiches are pretty dependable, in terms of quality and what you can expect. As for soup... I don't know, because I will not be ordering it more than once. I placed an online order for a sandwich, and as a last minute decision when I was picking up, I decided to try some Chicken Noodle Soup.I've never been so disappointed in a soup. I can't really say whether it had any flavor beneath all of the salt. It was SO salty, in fact, that I was unable to eat past the first few bites. I wouldn't even give it to my dog, and she's a spoiled brat that I share all of my food with.I'm not sure if it's soup from a bag or can, or if they add seasonings once they start heating it, but it's not worth the time and money wasted to try again and find out if I just got some from an over-seasoned batch. I did get the impression that they were trying to cover a taste with all of that salt. Something about the soup made me think that it was old. I can't say for certain. Just an observation and what I suspect. If you do decide to order it, be warned about the possibility of skyrocketing your sodium intake for it

Food was good. The person I talked to seemed like she over making sandwiches for the day and I had a large order. Not her favorite person in that moment. ?

I've always been a subway fan. Today I went though the drive thru and had a wonderful experience. The lady who took my order even asked how my day was going. The little personal touches make all the difference.Got a grilled chicken breast sub with provolone cheese, bell peppers, cucumbers and extra tomatoes. Even asked for the sauce on the side (some don't have the cups) and they were happy to oblige.A really yummy lunch and no waiting in line.
