Very clean and friendly. No blonde roast available at this location.
They consistently overcharge for everything at this location to include 70 cents if you want any cream added to your black coffee, less ice because they say you get more coffee/tea, water, and they overcharge anywhere from .50 cents to .75 more for the same drink you’d get at ANY OTHER Starbucks. A small black coffee with cream costs the same as the largest in Papillion. Customer service is hit and miss and tends to be on the miss side more often than not. Coffee isn’t fresh, barely warm unless you go first thing in the morning, and the drinks are not made the same as the other Starbucks locations. I’d suggest walking across the parking lot to the Starbucks at Target(they do a great job) or go anywhere but here.

Seriously $6. for a coffee, BLENDED, then she gives it to me hot, said it was SUPPOSED to be blended- she says - “we CAN make it blended” , DUH, that’s what I ordered. NEVER AGAIN.
I asked if they still carried the Pokémon Go Frap and the girl behind the counter literally laughed in my face and said “Who would even want that I’ve literally never heard of that.” Which is fine if you’ve never heard of it but like don’t be demeaning to your customers. It was a really terrible experience.
