One of the worst Starbucks in nation. No one answered drive through, so went inside. Four people standing, one making drinks. Dropping cups on floor then using them to serve to customers. Ordered a shot of espresso in drink, didn’t get it.
I love this location! The drinks are amazing and the staff are even better! I love hanging out in the cafe and work or study, its very peaceful
Would not recommend going to this location. I stopped by the drive thru earlier today with my mom to order our usual drinks; iced caramel macchiato with extra extra extra caramel and she literally says extra 3 TIMES mind you.. Usually it's a hit or miss on whether we actually get the amount of caramel we ask for. This time there wasn't enough caramel in her drink, so she handed it back and said there isn't enough. Some girl named Savannah said there's extra caramel in it already and kept arguing back & forth with my mom making it a huge deal. Finally she got her to add more caramel to her drink while yelling "That's SOO much caramel!!" as she walked away. There's absolutely no reason to humiliate a customer like that.. Then she called a manager over to explain to my mom that they have to limit the amount of caramel they put in drinks now. What a joke! ???? I never thought Starbucks could get even more greedy but here we are. Not only are they stingy, but their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced.
This location has the slowest service. Better to go inside and not waste gas sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Once while waiting inside they didn't call my name loud enough for me to hear and then didn't call it again, so my order just sat on the counter for a long time. Another time misheard my order and gave me completely wrong drink. Otherwise food and drinks are as they should be.
Not a big Starbucks fan in general, but I absolutely love the bacon and guda breakfast sandwich. Not sure why, but this location can never seem to get my drink right, even after repeating my order 3 or more times. I have tried the drive-thru and going inside.
I was there yesterday "Tuesday June-7-2022" Around 7:00 PM. I was not aware that it closes at 7:00 PM and the working hours were not mentioned at the door. So, the doors were closed and when I tried to open the door it was locked. Everything seems normal so far. What is abnormal is that there were 3 staff members inside and all laughing at me and my friends and avoiding any eye contact and it looked like it was a joke to them for some reason. We stepped back a little bit and noticed its a drive through only. We got back to my car and went through the drive through, and only at this window, the hours were mentioned. And again the man standing there, give his back to us and start laughing again with other staff. I am not sure what was so funny, instead of being professional and give simple hand sign that the store was closed, they acted like we are playing hide and seek in elementary school, zero customer service and zero professionalism.
I asked for lite ice. There was still a lot of ice. The order system was malfunctioning and there was a lot of confused staff. 5 dollars for about 2 ounces of drink is why I rarely go to Starbucks. Loved them in the 80s!
I know there are lots of people that like this place. With that said every time I give it a try all I can think is I should have went to scooters. Their coffee just isn't very good.
Amazing people!!!! They always make my drinks and my food amazing. They are very busy and also very kind, compassionate, friendly and they have fun at work. When you drive through their drive-through your day will be lifted with fun and encouragement and a good laugh as well. The manager is phenomenal and she has trained some amazing workers. Thank you so much for all you do. Y’all are to be rewarded
They made my mocha cookie crumble the right way without me having to tell them how to do it. All the other Starbucks forget to put the whipped cream on the bottom but not this place.
