Went for a bag of ice that day & today told both times cant sell you any ice..1st time I bought a all American hotdogs combo..today I just left and went to McDonald's ??
The guy at the register on 5/30 that told us the “store” was closing had us jump in the drive thru line to wait 50 minutes behind only 6 other customers. We get to the window, the order was read to us 100% backwards, he blamed the person making the orders, I was asked to repeat what we ordered, he proceeded to input the order again, read it back again 100% backwards so we elected to leave. As I started driving away, he mumbled something under his breath after rolling his eyes. Take your time making orders. I wasn’t in a huge rush. Off to Culver’s we go!
I have stopped at the Sonic in Bellevue, NE at least nine times in the last 3 weeks to buy their famous "sonic Ice" only to be told They are "not selling it right now" if they are not going to have Ice avaialbe for sale then they shoiuld consider taking down the sign offering it for $2.99 a bag. I have had to drive across town to the Sonic on 72nd and Harrison where I was able to purchse the bags I wanted.
Waited 25 minutes for 4 items. You pay extra for whip cream, it's only 10 cents but why even offer it if this is the amount you're going to put in? Very disappointed.
Some of the machines at the drive in stalls weren't working and most seem rather small. A few seemed damaged by vehicles trying to get in and out.The ice cream was very good and plentiful as expected. Service on such a busy day was actually pretty good. Took a little bit of waiting but given the busy traffic, it was very reasonable.
Warning!!! Be aware that this location stops serving ice cream up to 4 hours before closing. Nothing on Google, the signage, or app (it even lets you place an order when the drive up says they don't). Generally this has been a good location, hence the 4 stars, but since it's not posted anywhere I wanted to let any readers know.
Food was hot and well prepared meaning it looked like they took time to prepare it rather than throwing it together.
The ice cream was mixed perfectly with the sugary treats we requested.While the wait was a little longer than expected... it was understandable, as they were busy with drive up guests. The guy working apologized for the wait. It was all good... I've worked in for service.
Just stopped by sonic tonight and their manager, i think his name was David. Hands down the best customer service I have ever seen. He was super friendly and professional, I hardly ever seen that from fast places. Makes me want to come back. And the food was great!
Come here after work shifts a lot. Always good service, quick drive thru and the food is always made good! Always recommend this sonic location
