Our experience today was horrible, we got our peppermint mochas today, we asked for small but he gave us large size, we was surprised however When we got home we instantly felt Sick….I’m highly sensitive to caffeine to begin with and I had an anxiety attack. And my wife had a tummy ache. I eventually threw up and felt shaky. I don’t know what he did or if he did it on purpose but this felt like too much caffeine or something. He had a smile on his face when he gave us our drinks. We never experienced anything like this before, when we pay $7 a drink to be perfect instead we get sick. Never again will we go to this location.
It would be a lot better if they had more staff in the mornings. The coffee is great. The time to get one makes it not worth the wait at all. Highly encourage more staff.

This is my second poor experience out of 2 visits to this Scooters. On my first trip, I bought 2 candy bar blends and there was no candy flavor in them whatsoever. This time I ordered a candy bar blend, and the cashier must of misheard my order? Because she came back with the wrong candy bar. When I notified her I wanted XXXX brand candy, she became stiff as though I had made the mistake. Then the lady that made the drink was overheard asking 'Did you just ring in the wrong candy bar?' to what she replied 'no he asked for YYYYYYY.' Which I most certainly did not. I had restraint of tongue in line for the sake of the serenity of the employees but I deeply wanted to make it clear that the mistake was not mine. Felt very unwelcome.
Friendly staff. Great service. Fast fast fast. Better than Starbucks any day of the week!
