Call early to pick up frozen runzas. Good customer service.
Really good chocolate shakes and fries, and I like the hamburgers. I have never liked the actual runzas, just not a fan at all (sorry not sorry, Nebraska!) I don't think I have ever been inside the restaurant at this location, but the drive through service is generally friendly and accurate.
Place is quiet and clean. Good food. I only come to Omaha for the airport so it's a must to get an Omaha staple while passing through.
Would have never typically tried this place because of the color of the sign it just not esthetically pleasing when driving by; however my friend suggested I give it a try and I was pleasantly surprised ?
Very nice place I like it had the best food ever their French fires chicken fingers are so good I’m so excited I remember coming hear in 2013 since I was a little kid I used to go with grandma when I was 8 years old in 2018 I’m so excited to be hear soon.
Here on business, nice clean place. I was even in the kitchen... Good food and would definitely go back.
The food was hot and amazing, however, the young man working the drive thru needs to spend a little more time in math class. My total was $9.21 and I gave him $20.25. He gave me change of $10.59. I told him he still owed me $0.25. He was confused and said he actually gave me an extra dollar. I politely told him that wasn't correct. This went on for about 2 minutes. Finally a manager came to the window to help him and I was given my correct change, stay in school ?
Moved from Maryland back to Nebraska specifically for this place... just sayin'! Swiss mushroom Cheeseburger and Swiss mushroom runza! Plus fries with ranch dip!!!! So worth it!
The staff pretended we weren’t even there. One of the kitchen staff came out to tell the person at the front counter to help us. She had already looked me dead in the eyes and then proceeded to ignore us. Our food was all served ice cold, except the fries and chili. The music playing in the dining area started out with a hard rock version of Baby Got Back and was followed by It Ain’t Christmas If I Ain’t Drunk. Very family friendly. Worst experience at a Runza ever. Avoid this location until they hire some adults?
