15 minutes late. Gave wrong order. Look elsewhere for pizza. Par for course for low end chain pizza.
I had forgotten breadsticks on my order. When I showed up the very nice gal at the counter put in the order and put the rest of my food into the warmer while I waited for those breadsticks. To the gal at the counter I had a bad week and you made my day just by keeping those warm and understanding my situation. Thank you so much!
One of our pizzas were good but the other was not the right pizza. Highly disappointed and the order took and hour to get here even though we live less than five miuntes away.
The 2nd time I order something from here and Last time too! I usually go to the one in the Lavista area and I won't make that mistake again! I waited in line for 15 minutes but while I was waiting I saw 3 Co Workers come out of the kitchen saw me I saw them went back into the kitchen and no one came out to acknowledge me! If you where busy, you guys could of popped out and said" hey we are really slammed and so on and I would of understood and waited!" Also saw 2 delivery guys and they where in a hurry so I really don't count them. But 3 Co workers at different times didn't say nothing to me! Also while I was waiting 10min in another customer came in and waited!! we both could hear the workers conversation and messing around! I told her we should leave but she had a family waiting for her i didnt! I used to work in fastfood so I would of understood if they where busy! My stuff was ready and was in there heater up by the register! I got home the food was Ok, Nothing amazing or hot and I won't be using them again! When someone actually acknowledge me I told him and he said he didn't know and he was training someone this whole time!
This location sucks…I’m not one to leave bad reviews but I am very disappointed in this franchise we made an order for almost $50 and only half was delivered . I called to try and get my other items or a refund and these people are not interested in fixing my order they only answer to take your order and when you ask for a manager they put you on hold for as long as it takes for you to give up and hang up. I try calling multiple times and eventually they started refusing my calls.
Ordered the big box deal and it arrived super fast and was super fresh! We actually had to wait for it to cool down. Definitely will order from here again.
I ordered pizza at 4pm today and it showed it would be here at 610 and it is still not here. And have been calling for an hour and half and the phone is busy. Where is my pizza?
I appreciate that i got Free chicken wings today that were yummy... i didnt need to purchase anything to receive them.. it was nice to take a break with my money and still get quality food... i appreciate you pizza hut
Order was correct, but tasted like it was reheated pizza, crust was chewy and didn't feel fresh. I hate to say this, but I have had better pizza from Little Ceasar's. Pizza Hut has really skimped on quality lately.
I ordered two pizzas and the one was FANTASTIC! The other one was almost burnt tasting, the cheese was noticeably darker and the stuffed crust was hard. No complaints about the giant cookie though ??
