Was not happy with my visit to pepperjax Bellevue. Ordered a Philly with green peppers, onions, mushrooms, and extra cheese. I received a sandwich that looked like it came pre packaged out of the convenience store refrigerator. I really enjoy pepperjax and have never had bad experience in til now. Truely hope this isn’t the quality of food they will continue to serve.
We stopped in for dinner, and ordered the salad bowl. They have a variety of toppings you can add to your salad, it was very tasty and will definitely return. Friendly staff, quick service, made to order. They have take out if you don't want to eat in.
We spent 32 minutes in the drive-thru from time of order until we received our food. We removed a drink from the order yet we were still charged for two. The receipt never had any void line but the cashier ensured us it was removed and that the register “must have made a mistake”. We were never given the drinks OR treats for the kids meals. The answer to this problem from the manager Trace was, to drive back up to get what they forgot. If you enjoy paying for products you don’t receive then expect to be the accommodating party, this is the place to go. This was our first and last experience with PepperJax.
Great staff today! I assume it’s the manager? walking around greeting customers and making sure everyone is taken care of! It’s rare to find such happy, funny, and awesome employees! Will definitely return.
I have a severe onion allergy that makes it really difficult to feel comfortable going out to eat. The entire staff took it very seriously and made sure everything was sanitized and no cross contamination was happening during the entire prep process. They were all super nice and the food was delicious, as always!
We came through and ordered a bowl, fries and a Philly. The Philly was not made correctly as we ordered it and it was very dry as there were no condiments including mayo on the sandwich. When called, they said that comes on the side...which seems like a lie as its part of the sandwich. I am hoping the store manager reaches out as we would like at least a replacement sandwich that would be made as we ordered it.
Only gave service a three because there was only three cars in the drive-thru line and it took forever. Food was really good though. Fries were fresh. Sandwich was great. Good Philly.
I remember pepperjax being much much better. It was too salty something changed. Also they didn’t have their sauces out may be it’s a pandemic thing which is understandable. Their service was prompt.
I'm sorry, but this place is a joke. Went through the drive through and ordered a Philly Cheese steak sandwich (their main featured item) and fries. Drove all the way home only to discover that they hadn't given me a sandwich. They gave me two boxes of fries. (They put their fries in the same size box as a sandwich.) After I wasted 20 minutes plus gas driving home then back to the store, did they offer me anything for my time and expense? Nah, didn't even let me keep the food they gave me by mistake. Need to learn something about service recovery. And, their sign says "America's Best Philly." Anyone who believes that has never had even a passably decent Philly. Skip Pepperjax and go to Penn Station.
Friendly staff. Everything looked super fresh! I didn't buy anything personally as I'm not from the area, but would definitely go out of my way to shop here if I was a local!
