Find another location. Unsanitary, rude staff, barely any ingredients, and "forgot" to bring my soda! Shaq would be ashamed! ?
Not sure how you mess up an order twice in the same night.
We were told our order would arrive in 35 -40 minutes…. It arrived within 20 minutes and was piping hot!!
Decent pizza.Driver forgot my soda, said he'd run across the street to grab it.What he actually did was go back to the store and clocked off for the night ? so, if next time he could just be honest or something that'd be nice lolI did get a full refund just flabbergasted the dude just left ??
Ordered at 5:20 45 to 55 minutes for delivery. 9:00 still no pizza called 3 times 30 minutes apart said it would be there in 5 minutes.
Honestly very unprofessional, we told them our address and they took our order and everything and we waited an hour and they ended up canceling the order and calling us way after they canceled to say they weren’t going to deliver then hung up on us never going back again
Man I have to say normally I love papa Johns but this place tonight makes me not want to come back-staff we’re going from handling cash directly back to making pizza and handling dough and the food. I also received my garlic knots tonight almost burnt.
Delivery order came on time, hot, and the driver remembered all of our parm/peppers. Stuffed crust was perfectly cooked and not over-buttered.
Great pizza, super hot, fresh & from order to delivery 20 minutes. VERY IMPRESSED! Tried PJ'S in 1998 & 2009 & hated it...couldn't eat it. Thank God we were desperate tonight & this was one of the few places still open offering delivery. Happy Accident! The other chain places near me are awful, ph, gf & lc. So I guess I found my new favorite chain pizza place. The hubs likes that you can order it well done! The employees were super friendly too! I had to call & swap an ingredient because the online ordering wouldn't allow it since I already removed 2 ingredients. The delivery driver was also very nice when he called for directions.
