1. Floor was disgusting! There was food on the floors throughout the restaurant and by the drinks area underneath the counters. This speaks so much about the people that worked there.2. My Ten Vegetable soup was horrible. It tasted old and out an expired soup can. I asked to have it change and the young girl at the cash register said, no.3. And the worst of all my husband got sick We believe it To be Cross contamination. My husband is lacto vegetarian and it’s happened before that if the people handling the food in the kitchen touch meat or don’t clean properly he gets sick. This happened to him a couple of times with Chipotle in another state. So, never again did we eat at Chipotle.If the front of the house is so disgusting I can’t imagine how atrocious it must be in the back of the house.I kind of regret not speaking up when we were there.This is not acceptable. I wish I would have taken pictures of the nasty floors and tables. But I’m sure that I can walk in any time of the day and the place will be dirty. If you see uncleanliness SPEAK UP and take pictures, give them a bad review. Because this is not acceptable. Impecable hygiene front and back of the house ( and tasty food) should be a restaurant Number 1 priority!!!
I stopped in today close to noon. I tried to get a coffee with the unlimited sip club but was denied. Was told that there is no sip club under my phone number. Well, it comes out of my checking account every month and I seldom get to use it. But today I had a chance to go by and get coffee. It was not to be. No one seemed to be interested in helping me fix this issue. So I left and I'm going up the chain to complain.
My wife ordered two chipotle wraps with egg and paid extra for bacon on both. Get home and neither one of them had bacon on it. I asked my wife if it was even busy when she picked up our food and she said no. I called because on the receipt it specifies saying if the order is inaccurate to let a manager know and they can’t even pick up the phone. Really disappointed and annoyed that this place really doesn’t care about the orders and customers.
Unfortunately, every delivery order I make is missing something. One time an entire sandwich was not included. Today, five bags of chips are missing. I tried calling to get it corrected and there is no answer. It literally just times out and disconnects the call. The food is tasty when you get what you ordered. This place is too expensive for the carelessness and lack of accuracy. I’ve cut back drastically on ordering here.
This is the steak & white cheddar sandwich. Looks nothing like the picture, hardly any meat, too much soggy bread, and tasted gross. Don't waste your money on their sandwiches. Also got the broccli cheddar soup which is good, but I think that's pre-made so they couldn't really screw that up.
I been going to this location over 3 years now. Employees are fantastic in the morning they always greet and have smiles on there faces. Managers are awful in the mornings talked to a GM manager and she didn’t even care about my situation I had about my food and looked pretty annoyed about my situation. These past 2 months Panera has been awful!
What can you say about this place. Well, for one there's no one in town that compare to Panera. They have a mixture of things going with there menu and they have contactless service in the store. The setting is spacious and has nice elbow room. Try them out
No straws, no soap in men or woman’s bathroom, dirty women’s bathroom, served both myself and my boyfriend cold sandwiches that should’ve been hot because they sat in the window so long. My chicken sandwich had one very small piece of chicken covering only half the slice of bread. My piece of avocado that was black on the ends was larger than the piece of chicken on the sandwich. Not worth the price of the food. Unclean eating environment. There were many other unhappy costumers, some who left. Will not return to this location.
Ethan did a good ? job attending us today I really appreciate his good work and yesterday too I don't recall her name but she was a cute lil red head curly hair girl she was positive and polite we need more people like that in the work environment but overall all the employees look like they are on their A game and ready to do what they have to do and WORK THE FOOD WAS GREAT AS USUAL THANK YOU PANERA ??? WILL BE BACK SOON.
Terrible experience, 2 visits in a row. First visit, go through the drive through…ordered a pizza and a sandwich. Sandwich wasn’t in bag when arrived home. Called and they said they would refund…2 weeks later still not refunded. Fast forward to today, ordered a bowl, sandwich and pizza…asked to pull forward to wait. 30 minutes later no food…went inside and food was ready and waiting on the counter. There’s no excuse for this, we purposely went at non-peak hours.
