Today's breakfast! Horrific! McDonalds is quite rapidly still going downhill. Not that it was ever great, but this explains the extreme lack of leadership and quality control. Do Better! #MoldDonalds
One of the quicker McDonald's in the area. Not very often do I have to pull forward and wait. Staff is very polite.
Been going to this Mc Donald's for years. So far food is always good. Rarely a problem when ordering from drive thru. Employees are always friendly.
It's what you expect from fast food. It was hot and good quality. Service could have been a bit more friendly.
We had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s today, and I would give them less than one star if I could. We walked in and placed our order at the kiosk as usual. We didn’t get a receipt, which we figured was a lack of printer paper, but the kiosk told us that our order was received and we went and sat down. After 25 minutes of waiting we still did not have our food, and I checked my McDonald’s app to make sure our order went through again, which it had. So my husband walked up to the counter and was ignored for 10 minutes by all of the employees. After they finally acknowledged him, they spent 3 minutes trying to ‘find’ our order, and finally brought it. But it was a wrong order. My husband’s burger was wrong and we were missing items. We also didn’t get drinks. We told the man that we wanted Dr Pepper and Coke, and he brought us the wrong drinks. All around a bad experience.
We go at least once a month, and the staff is great. With many of the shifts to technology at fast food/quick service restaurants, many of them simulate table service, most of them have no way to tip or otherwise reward the staff. See you next time.
I love McDonald's. BUT, we asked for two cheeseburgers with no ketchup, and instead they gave us two cheeseburgers with only ketchup. That sucked. My partner didn't want to take them back and just ate them. My macchiato was good and made like a barista would make it though.
Pace seemed a little off compared to some other stores. Simple order and it was correct. Appears the team at this location is still not used to people paying through the app.
Went through the drive thru and ordered a cheeseburger meal with only ketchup and pickle and a crispy chicken sandwich meal. Received a cheeseburger meal with onions and mustard cold fries and a crispy chicken sandwich that was burnt. You guys need to start checking orders before they go out and include napkins.
Order was wrong, explained to the manager that I specifically said these are going to be meals. They did NOT make them meals. I ordered two 6pc nuggets, one came with 4 the other came with 5. No idea how you can mess that up. Needles to say, manager said they were not meals and I would have to pay for fries. So they must of raised prices because if they didn't ring them up as meals, it was expensive.
