I will admit I messed up. They where jerk. Life goes on. Just needed to vent.
My husband and I purchased a 3 pc. chi ken lunch today for a very dear friend and Church Mother who is a patient at a nearby rehabilitation center. We waited for the restaurant to open in hopes of receiving fresh food. When we arrived at center and opened the meal to assist our dear friend, who requested this particular meal, we were appalled. We noticed immediately how dark the skin was on the chicken and realized this meat had to have been from the night before and dumped in grease to reheat before opening the next day. It was old, stale, dark and completely unacceptable for eating. This was our 1st and absolutely last time ever stopping here. Our friend will be in rehab for a while and we will buy near our residence instead of ever stopping at this place! What a waste, and whoever boxed this meal should be ashamed of themselves! We also plan on contacting the Health Department.
I placed a app order and arrived 5 minutes early to pick it up, the order wasn’t ready nor was it even started. So after being offered drinks for the delay I stood there 12 minutes before my order was even started cooking ? However, my highlight standing in the lobby waiting was the gentleman preparing orders and he literally says “I’m tired of all you Mother F…ers etc…. the manager is standing right next to him and totally ignores his comments… !! Holy cow, really Kayy Richardson! Also, to top this all off the music playing is some form of rap that I’m sure is all of adult content!! My gosh KFC is this the best we can do?
I ordered a 16 piece meal and got 12 piece and 6 biscuits. I ordered 2 coleslaw and got 2 Mac and cheese instead. I’m sitting on the phone listening to all of the employees talking for the last 15 mins. Very disrespectful and upsetting.
We got the 8 piece bucket called Side LoversComes with 8 pieces of deep fried chicken (OG or extra crispy), 4 biscuits, and 3 large sides. We got mashed potatoes with gravy, Macaroni and cheese and French fries.Everything was really good- juicy chicken with a good variety of pieces, fluffy biscuits and crispy fries!A good price to feed the whole family!
This is the only location I will go to, always great friendly service always fresh food. To bad 50th and L st location has given KFC a horrible reputation for a lot of ppl
All I can say is new management will save a store that food was good as heck

This place is like never open, Google maps will say they are open the app will say they are open but you show up and they've been closed for hours. I'm starting to think people don't actually work here lol. The amount of people I've seen pull in with me hoping they are open then realizing they aren't is costing them a bunch of money if I was the owner I'd do something about that.
