I come here often, some staff remember me by name. sometimes there Is a long line most of these places are under staffed or new hire they are learning so if your angry bitter and don't have time don't go out to eat. make yourself food at home show kindness to people that do show up to your favorite sandwich shop
Visited our local Jersey Mike’s at 10110 South 5th Street, Bellevue, NE, to pick up our complimentary sandwich, it was a replacement one from a prior visit. This sandwich was what we usually get from this location! Fresh bread and good meat portions! As usual the staff was friendly and professional! A big Thank You to the Store and District Manager for making it right!
My husband and I stopped in yesterday anticipating a delicious lunch. We had the worst experience. It was around 12:30 and busy. We ordered a chicken Philly and steak Philly. When we got up to the cashier to pay, we were charged for 4 sandwiches. I had to ask for our receipt, which seemed to inconvenience them. When I told them we were over charged, I was told, well at least you weren't charged for the chips and drinks. TOTALLY RUDE AND UNACCEPTABLE!! We will not be returning to this establishment.
Had a terrible first experience here. Both sandwiches were inedibly wet when we picked them up and then after driving all the way back to the store the snarky girl at the counter needed to completly disassemble my 12$ sandwiches before agreeing to remake them and then after doing so tried to tell me next time they wouldn't be remade because it took 30 min for me to drive to my house see how bad the sandwich was and then drive back. Worst customer service of any Bellevue food chain I've been too in memory.
They lost my order, or gave it away to someone else. They’re short a staff member it appears. Haven’t offered an apology. Took 30 minutes to get a sandwich that should have taken 5 minutes. Not up to Jersey Mike’s standards.
Went to this location with my husband and I had a coupon for buy 1 sub get 1 free as long as it’s equal or lesser value. So we ordered a giant and a regular. The lady told us we could use the coupon bc the subs had to be the same size and that it was in the fine print. No where did it say that but we still couldn’t use the coupon. She wasn’t very friendly about the situation. Not sure if I will visit this location again.
U wanna order online cuz waiting for ppl to make a sandwich for 30mins is cracked but unfortunately the online promo codes they sent via mail don't work either lol. Go to subways
Just left. You better not come here 15 min before closing or they will be upset that you are there and act completely rude. Just grabbing some sandwiches to go. The older woman was the worst of them, bit they were all clearly irritated and had no customer service. Decided not to get a sandwich for myself but still ordered the others.
Ordered for delivery and so far not seen my order. It is 45 minutes past. Probably won't eat the sandwich as it will be soggy. Probably will not order again. No one is answering the phones either.
My son mentioned this place numerous time but there was none in my area. When we traveled we likes to grab some subs and do a picnic. We stopped at Jersey Mike subs and I was so impressed ! they slice the deli meat in front of you , it couldn't be any fresher ! the best bread also . We went early, at 11 am when they just opened and there was already a long line of dozens of people , now I know why ! the only negative things I can say is that nobody had masks on and I was stressed out since it was packed .
