1hr before close, served old food. This was my first experience. It's a shame because when I saw the food it was clear that it's GOOD quality chicken, and Ragoon. But as a began eating I realised my chicken was very chewy, along with my crab ragoon being very chewy. The General Tso tasted heavily like Salt and Soy sauce, it was a also very watery. The fried rice I asked for was instead sticky white rice, very sticky. Overall I feel like this place has really good food compared to others, but I'm afraid to give it another try later at night again. I'm very much not picky, but I couldn't eat much of what I was given. So I don't wanna be a fool by giving more money, and recieving more overdue food. The service was polite and very quick. Perhaps if they were to reach out and make things right, I would give it another shot. As I said before, if the food was fresh, or even not highly over due, the food seems like it would have been higher quality than what you would normally find.

Went through the drive through twice now. Everything has been great! Super fast for both trips too!
They’re always super nice and friendly but this time I went their fried rice was a little bland otherwise everything tasted really good especially the sweet and sour chicken (which I feel is getting harder to find)
Met neighbors and friends at Jade Palace! Service was excellent and fast! Checked on us several times to see if we needed anything... Food is so delicious!!
The food is wonderful and the service exceptional. We love to eat there and are glad to see they are open for inside dining. One of our favorite places to eat.
I was ordering Honey Walnut chicken with high cost. You gave me wrong order which is not right. I believe that is Kung Pao which is more cheaper than honey Walnut chicken. I paid more. That is not first time. I am not happy with that. I don’t think I will order there again. That is really shame!! Thank you!
Very happy they are currently allowing dine in. We missed the atmosphere, service and most importantly, the food.
Food is good but they are soooo slow…one person in front in drive thru and almost no cars in front and took over 20 mins for food to come out.
Everything is really good here and they have had no problems with making changes to my order as well as being very helpful
