Great breakfast with my wife. IHOP makes it affordable with a coupon and other times with senior meals. Today $33 with coffee ☕ and 2 meals. Deanna our server was fast, cordial, and took care of everything, thank you! This location far better than 84th street. Today was very first time I saw a supervisor of sorts in store. Been to ihop a dozen times in under a year. #pancakes
great food and friendly staff though they act like they are in a hurry to get rid of you. so pretty much it's hurry up and order n eat and leave
I got some of the worst service ever. Burned food food brought without condiments. Some cooked wrong, Ashley m needs more yrai ing.
It may have just been that day me and my dad and brother went, but it took almost ten minutes to get a server to come over to take the three of us to a table. The young girl and her coworker were messing around on their phones and goofing off until we needed something, they barely checked on us. The food was good, but I wish the young girls that were serving that day were a little more attentive to their customers.
Late night carry out, done on time, the gal who helped me was very efficient, gave me all the fixin's for my crepes and toast without me asking. She knows how to do it right! Good job IHOP. ?
We specifically asked for the Hapy Hour menu tonight and were holding it when we ordered our food even pointing to the pictures on the "Happy Hour" menu and waitress tried to over charge us and so I asked the hostess to correct it, and she did. However as we were leaving the serverr in a snotty tone said, "Next time order from the special menu!" I'm just so irritated by this attitude, and now realizing that she probably was going to have us pay twice the price so she could re-ring it the discounted prices and pocket the difference because we did in fact order from the special menu...sorry lady I work criminals I know criminal and addictive thinking! We always tip even when our drinks sit empty from the time our food is ordered until 10 minutes after we finish our food when our check is finally delivered. Try being better at the job instead of trying to find short cuts. Will not come back! Would rather drive to west Omaha location where I don't get attitude .
Food was good and hot. Service is a little slower but understandable. Enjoy eating there.
It was quite packed when we arrived. But we were seated quickly and our server came to us relatively fast, as well. It didn't take too long for our food to make it to the table, either. My coffee cup had lipstick on the rim, but our server replaced it right away. One of the employees was sweeping their section and literally swept around a little chicken tender like a peninsula. Its stayed on the floor for at least 20 minutes before someone picked it up and that's AFTER the other server swept. If someone had slipped and fell....for shame for shame. ??The syrup caddy didn't have all of the syrups filled and they hadn't been cleaned. Dana brought us another one & it needed to be cleaned, as well. Our server, Shana brought us a whole new syrup caddy so she could clean the one that was on the table. My husband's omelet wasn't prepared with the cheese inside. They just put 2 slices of ?on top of it. I've NEVER seen that at any IHOP. The water doesn't get hot in the restroom. In this day & time, that should be a basic necessity and may even be a health violation of some sort. Hot water & does a better job cleaning dirt and bacteria than with cold water. No one had signed off on the ? checklist since Wednesday and we were there on a Sunday morning. ?? Our server, Shana, was very nice & she seemed to take a lot of pride in her work. She's the reason for 4 stars. ????
