Best experience at this restaurant! They don't have any dining but they do have take out. I made a phone order and the guy on the phone was super helpful and very thorough. I was able to order the Beef broccoli, chicken chow mein, sesame chicken and another beef plate which I think was called minx beef vegetable.When I had parked, they already knew it was me since they took down the color and make of my car when i made the order. As I was walking towards the restaurant the employee had stopped me with my order already in hand! His name was Andrew and he had to be the most professional server i had ever met for a curbside atmosphere pick up. I was able to just put it in my car and pay him there. He was kind enough to ask me if I wanted something to drink and gave me a pop! That is such great customer service because I had a long drive ahead of me to take it to the rest of the crew I was working with. We are all gonna order from here if we're ever in the area for work. Also the crew was so impressed with the presentation and well bagged with utensils and extra sauces. Soooooo thorough!!I would have to say that the best part of this experience was that usually when I eat Chinese food I get a headache a few hours later because of the MSG that's in it.. This place does not use too much MSG or not any MSG at all yet all! I didn't feel super thirsty after we ate and I didn't get a headache until now and it's been Hours later! I think I finally found a place here in Omaha Nebraska that when I eat Chinese food it doesn't ruin the rest of my day!!The customer service, friendliness quality of food and just everything all around was absolutely amazing!! They really got it down down!Wish I took some photos of our dishes that we got. But I will definitely be here again to order more and add those photos.
The best Chinese food I have ever had. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. There is a reason they are so busy. The orange chicken is particularly good.
Everything about Han's is amazing!The attitudes, the ease of ordering over the phone, the freshly made to order meals, the friendly smile and greeting when our order is brought out, it's all what brings us back every couple of weeks. The family is amazing and we are happy to support them.
This place is the best! My wife and I order lunch here every week and the food is always hot and delicious and the staff is incredibly friendly. I never leave reviews anywhere, but this place is great!
Last night my daughter and I tried Han's Golden Dragon for the first time. We would pass it when going to Baker's and I didn't realize it was the same place I had seen people raving about on Facebook.My daughter and I agree, without a doubt, that this isn't only the BEST Chinese food restaurant, but it is now our FAVORITE restaurant.It is really hard to pick what was better, the customer service or the food. Both were excellent.The chicken melted in your mouth and was so tender. The taste was out of this world. My daughter gave her dish a 10 out of 10 and I can not disagree.We can't wait to go back.
I have tried this place twice in the last week, and both times the quality and service was amazing. The first thing I noticed is when I was ordering on the phone and they gave us the option to choose the spiciness level from 1 to 10 for our szechuan chicken. The man told me it is normally prepared with a level of 2 to 3 for spiciness. We chose 2 and it was at about the level of spiciness we expected. Also, we were allowed to customize our veggies too, but they do charge 99 cents to add veggies, even if you subtract one or more. I don't like that, but that is common at restaurants. Today was the most recent order I had from them. I ordered Generals Chicken and it is delicious. It is the best I have ever tasted. The szechuan chicken is wonderful too. They are friendly, courteous and professional. It's obvious they take pride in making sure each customer's experience is as good as possible each time. This is my new favorite place for Chinese food. I wish I had known about them a long time ago and I hadn't wasted my money on other places of lesser quality.
Amazing food for Bellevue. Very fresh, portions are precise (and can be increased at a reasonable price!) and tastes FANTASTIC. Family that owns the Dragon is very polite and curb-side service is quick, friendly and efficient! Would highly recommend this place to anyone!
There aren’t enough stars! Fast, fair, quality, flavor, polite, efficient- literally amazing! Had it with my sister about a month ago and now the whole family is addicted! They will customize anything on the menu to your liking too. The curry chicken is my go to!
Han's Golden Dragon was recommended by a friend so I thought I would give them a try. Ordering was super easy, my order was ready fast, pick was easy. Everyone was very friendly, the portions we generous and my meal temperature was still HOT! After I got home and started eating! I'm happy my friend recommended Han's Golden Dragon and would ABSOLUTELY recommended them !
We had Han's for the first time tonight and it was amazing! The food had so many great veggies and just the right amount of spice! Our family will be back!
