If I could give zero stars I would. Went to dine in with a party of 7 and had to ask for a menu. After looking at the menu and then downloading the app to try to order our pizza the app wouldn't load our final decision. Decided to go to the counter and order and was ignored by the girl who decided the window was more important. After 30 minutes of waiting we finally decided to leave and all the girl at the counter did was smiled. Absolutely horrible service and severely disappointing because I actually like the style of pizza. Never again will Godfathers get my business and word of mouth travels fast.
You will find scratch monkey bread and hand tossed crusts at this family pizza diner. Marinara is on the sweeter side, but the variety of toppings and speciality pizzas compliment it well. Large two topping pizza was fairly priced compared to competitors with lesser quality ingredients. Will have to come back to try the buffet!
this location is super super super horrible. They brought out our MINI PIZZAS wrong. Plus they took so long. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and I got cheese. I expected it to be out in 10 minutes and it took half an hour. I do NOT recommend coming to this location especially if you are on a time crunch. Next time I will take my business elsewhere.
Great pizza. Great take out service. Delivery is slow (I think due to lack of drivers?) so if you're able to with take out, the pizza is definitely worth it. :)
Ordered a large cheese burger pizza, got home and saw it had no pickle especially after I asked for extra pickle. Called them, someone named Lukas was supposed to give me a $20 credit.. called and placed an order three weeks later- they tell me a Lukas doesn’t work there and I have no credit. I place my order anyways, I ordered hamburger jalapeño on one side, sausage, onion and mushroom on the other- get home, no onion and mushroom. ?♀️
The pizza is great but the service was very poor. The person who took my order was helpful but the persons on the inside did not seem to care when I arrived. They did not ask if they could help me after I stood there for 5 minutes.
Pizza is always very good. Ordered a pizza for pick up last night. Kid who answered the phone acted like he had no clue. When I picked up my order, I had to ask him for a pen to sign the charge ticket and also had to ask him for a copy of my receipt. Throughout the transaction, he never said anything to me. Previously, I've been greeted by pleasant people, but this young fellow acted like I was infringing on his preferred activities. He didn't even bother to thank me for my order. Very bad attitude and bad service.
Stopped in since it had been awhile. Good food have always loved the pizza from them.
I didn't catch the name of the girl working the evening shift on Saturday, August 21, 2021, but I'd just like to say she was extremely pleasant on the phone and in person when I picked up my pizza.
Just ordered a pizza for delivery. When she answered didn’t even say It was Godfathers just what can I get you! Didn’t ask if it was pickup or delivery gave me total for pickup I told her delivery she said oh! Then when I said thank you she just hung up! What happened to customer service! Hopefully she gets better ?
