Ordered through doordash and it was delicious. Tried the loaded chicken fettuccine alfredo- bacon, broccoli, chicken and mushrooms! Really good and a pretty large portion for the price.The baked lasagna was really good too and the garlic breadsticks were fantastic ?
Stopped in very late and the team at this store is amazing. Very friendly. The food was served hot and fast. Very impressed with the service.
I would like to shout out to Fazoli‘s in Bellevue. They have done a remarkable job keeping up with the demands of the people coming into eat dinner. They had hired new people because they were low staff. they did a remarkable job. I would like to say thank you for hot food excellent service and wonderful staff. Keep up the great work.
Busy night. Busier than I seen it in a while. Ordered on-line, food was ready exactly when they said it would be. Order was correct, food was hot and delicious. I don't think I've ever had a bad meal there. Oh yeah.... can never have enough bread sticks.
Waited a half hour for my food in the dining room. My main dish came out wrong, pizza and breadsticks were cold. When I asked the manager about the main dish, he argued with me and I just gave up and walked out. This location should get someone with common sense to run it.
We have a small group that meets every weds at 1:30at our Bellevue Ne location. This is the best! The food is top notch and the breadsticks are the best! This location and food is better than the Olive Garden in papillion, Ne that we went to earlier this week. Restaurant 5955 is ours withMichael J. as our favorite employee! Tom Adam and the rest of his crew (as well as folks before them) continue to do such a great job before covid, through covid, post covid, so well that covid seems like it even exist.Their customer service and going the extra mile continues to bring me and my entire family back Time After Time After Time for over the last 15 years and running. Not even close to what it used to be no ice and despite letting them know TWICE it was never refilled. Food warm but not hot and edges of sgetti were dried out. Prices have skyrocketed and quality of goods and service have plummeted.
Excellent service!! I have dietary restrictions and they made breadsticks that meet my diet!!! Kudos guys!!! Way to make a happy customer ?
The restaurant was extremely understaffed and it took about an hour to get everyone’s food. The two girls running the cash registers were amazing and deserve everything good in this world, I rate them 10/10. The bald guy in the kitchen was horrible. He was loudly swearing at all of the employees and being just the worst he gets a 0/10 rating.
