I was in the mood for coffee. Stopped into Duncan Donuts and was served a great cup of coffee ☕️. They even had wifi service.
Good for coffee, donuts, lattes. This is the one in Bellevue on Galvin. Never had a problem getting my order and them getting it correct, unlike the one on 42nd & L st.
They have went downhill in a big way in the last several months starting in late 2021. Constantly out of popular donuts, poorly trained staff, dry donuts, cold coffee. You name it. It is a big disappointment, could likely use some new management.
The line was wrapped around the parking lot, I called to ask if the dining room was open the gentleman I spoke to was the only one working this morning, so no it wasn't. but he did AMAZING. He was friendly, the food was perfect actually better than we've had before. The cream cheese was fully hot unlike other days where is still frozen . Employees like this are hard to find. Thank you for your customer service today ! Have a good one!
Guy was super rude when we got to the intercom. Basically like "what do you want?" kindof attitude. I'm not asking him to be all jolly or anything like that, but it was just bland and rude. Not to come on here and ruin anyone's job or anything like that, but I wouldn't come all the way here to write this review for nothing either... Disappointing.
I love the customer service but everytime I order the same drink it tastes different and I've tried so many different ones and they have all tasted terrible . Im always disappointed
I’ve been going to this Dunkin for awhile and the managing staff is great but the their workers are rude. I asked for an extra shot of espresso in my drink and I know what that usually tastes like and when the younger girl gave me my drink it wasn’t filled to the top and was almost white. I tasted it, and she forgot the extra espresso I asked and paid for. When I kindly asked her to fix it she said no and that I’d have to pay the extra money for a shot (which she should’ve put in there the first place). The darker complexion manager there would’ve fixed it free of charge but that worker was flat out rude to me and made me pay extra for a shot I asked for in the first place. I added the shot after paying the extra fee and guess what, it was exactly what I ordered in the first place.
My husband grabs us breakfast there multiple times a week and today the sandwiches were all wrong. I went back to get a refund for my sandwich which had black burnt bacon on it and cheese with the egg missing. The person who turned out to be the general manager offered to remake the sandwich because they must have given me the wrong one. I asked for my refund instead but was told I needed the receipt. Cool but they didn’t give a receipt today. So she had us pull ahead to find
This location is better than the one on 48th and L. People are nicer. I even got bonus bacon in my bag. Yum!
went 2 times so far and very limited on what donuts they have in stock. employee was very rude and had an annoyed sounding voice. will go somewhere else now for donuts
