Ordered online at lunch time on a Wednesday. I ordered a single butter burger meal with Cheddar cheese sauce and a medium Pepsi for my drink. I arrived at the stated time it would be ready. It was not ready. My fries were fresh and delicious. The side of cheese was cold. Not warm, not room temperature, actually cold. My Pepsi was 80% ice and gone before my fries. Time for the burger. I took my first bite and almost chipped my teeth. The thing that was supposed to be a beef patty was a flat hard disc. I cracked it in half and there was not a single spot of so called beef that was edible. So I paid 8$ for an order of fries. Receipt said to call the store if there was any issues. I called and the phone was picked up right away,. By an answering machine. Left a message but am 100% sure I will never hear from them. I would not recommend.
I don’t usually post negative feedback; however, Two days ago I went here to get a burger combo with ketchup and pickle only. I got home and the whole order was wrong. Catherine was very nice and said she would replace my meal. I drove through today and they gave me my meal for free; however, I got home and The burger was so burnt and so we’re the onion rings. This was the second time I couldn’t eat my meal and I threw it away. I used to love Culver’s but for some reason the food just isn’t getting made right.
If we are craving a quick fast food spot this is our new favorite. It's fresh, their chicken taste like chicken, and their ice cream is tasty as well!
Amazing! Always forget to ask for extra sauces as they never give enough, but the food was great and the conctlrete mixer s were fantastic as usual!
Staff here is fabulous. When we order the walleye we don’t use the tartar sauce and do not eat the roll. We asked them to be removed as we do not want to be wasteful. We ask for more lemon slices for the walleye. They are always so accommodating of the changes.
Went there for fish and it was delicious. Service was great for being as busy as they were. It was nice to see alot of employees with smiles. Being from Wisconsin where culver's began, I highly recommend the cheese curds.
This is the best Culver’s ever! I visit it 3 to 4 times a week and have done so for about the past year. Kyle (manager) and Kathryn (BAMF) and all the other employees are fantastic! Everyone of them is and has been consistently professional and the food is delicious!
Normally a good experience, but recently, food quality hasn't been up to their norm. Much longer wait time... Waited 15 minutes for takeout. Was watching other orders and about 1 in 3 was being returned due to errors with the order.
Disappointing. I was really looking forward to the walleye. The person took our order incorrectly, and we had to wait for the correct food. When it came out, the fish was lukewarm and soggy, and the fries were old.
I think the food was good but I think some employees need to have more better customer service.
