Your hours state you open at 10:45am but you never unlock the doors until 11. The employees are always sitting down eating well past opening time. You charge full price but barely put anything in the burritos or whatever else is ordered. My order is usually wrong. Your staff is not friendly and very short with the guests. Do not recommend this location.
Raw Raw Steak!!I asked to speak to management and I asked him if I could get something else because I don't like Raw steak, he said no that's the way they make it, I didn't know I was getting Raw steak otherwise I would have never ordered it!! Been to a different Chipotle and I ordered steak and it wasn't Raw!!!! We Won't Be Coming Back To This Place!!!Maybe get new management that is not rude and wants to make their customers happy?
Ordered a burrito and received a tortilla with a bit of rice and cheese. This has got to hands down be the smallest burrito I’ve ever gotten from chipotle. Literally skimped on everything including the rice. Everything half the normal size, but I got charged full price. The fact that the employee and several others who saw this thought was okay is enough for me to never eat at this location again. Pathetic.
Do not order online or through app as this location will actively try to rip you off. Two salads were ordered. Both only contained a few pieces of lettuce and very little chicken. The container overall wasn't even half full.Go a few extra miles west to the Papillion location, you'll have a much better experience.
This is the 3rd order in a row over the last 45 days that I've picked up like this. I hate to leave a bad review because I like Chipotle and as a former employe I understand what the company is capable of. there is no more than an ounce of protein and a dabble of sour cream(only on one side of the bowl). Normally this team performs pretty great but the quality has been sliding for some time now.
I had a chicken rice bowl. It was very good. They have good guacamole and cheese dip. The food is prepared quickly. The only issue I have is the seating. The chairs are so hard! I think they do that on purpose so people don't hang out. ?
I’ve been here 4 times. And every single time they significantly mess up my order. This past time they gave me the wrong person’s order. Terrible Chipotle. Do not recommend.
I had a bowl and it was perfect I had the veggie bowl with guacamole ? If you order guacamole keep in mind it's $2.50 extra in which I didn't know it's kinda expensive but worth it ... Great flavours ... Cashier was friendly... ☺️
The container is 1/4 of the way full. I ordered online, asking for extra rice and extra lettuce. They forgot the lettuce all together. It was my 1st and last experience with Chipotle. Qdoba in Papillion is worth the drive.
Very friendly staff! Food was cooked well. My daughter liked her rice and chicken.
