The employee who took our order was one of the least enthusiastic people I have ever interacted with. He mumbled, was slow, and it wasn’t even that busy. The drink station floor was disgusting. My shoe was sticking to the rug. The dispenser for the drink lids was sticky so I didn’t particularly want to put one on my drink. All the tables were dirty and the rest of the restaurant floor wasn’t much better than the drink station disaster. Our order was missing an item. I’m not unfamiliar with the service industry. Based on every employee I saw, this restaurant must be a miserable place to work.
7/27/22First of all, I'd like to know why a kid (age 10-12) was cleaning walls in the back, then going around cleaning doors, tables, trash recepticles, etc and not very well (he was a kid!!)Anyway, my husband had noticed almost everyone was on their phones while making our order (We were the only ones inside). Our food was not hot and all of the toppings for my whopper were piled on one side. Okay, whatever.. I took my burger apart and fixed it up. I picked it up to take a bite and all this juice along with the ketchup and mayo ran right out. Cool. While I was attempting to eating my now soggy whopper, I noticed a lady sitting in the drive-thru at the menu for like 5 minutes, before I hear from the back "sorry for the wait...." Dude, it wasn't busy and nobody else was inside. Not sure what the wait was for, but they sure sounded like they were having fun in the back. Lots of laughing, not enough working??Continuing on, as we finished up I needed to order something for my mom. A double cheeseburger, ketchup only and a large fry. Not a big deal... until I watch this girl in the back make the burger with no gloves on. In fact, there was another lady next to her who did have gloves on, but she wasn't making the burger! Huh???? The girl up front goes to bag the order when I ask her if I could get a new burger made WITH GLOVES. Meanwhile, the girl who didn't use gloves was walking around the back eating a bun, wiping off the counter with a dirty rag. Then she tossed the half-eaten bun ON THE COUNTER to grab a broom and dustpan. The girl in front saw this and made some passive-aggressive comment about wearing her gloves blah blah.Never going there again. Very disappointed with the entire experience. Mind you, I work in fast food and have for several years. I know how lazy some workers can be, but that was the worst display of professionalism I have seen. I am absolutely disgusted.
Ordered a whopper Jr and got a plain burger with mayo.
This establishment needs to be shut down, permanently. I was told it would be a 10 minute wait before I could even order. Will never return to this low grade location.
just writing this for everyone to see. i understand this location understaffed but we waiting in line for 45 minutes only to see this, i called the store and the manager didn’t seem to care that there was bugs in their food. corporate stated they gave my information to the manager over a week ago and have not heard from them. $30 dollars for fast food the least you could do is make sure there is no critters crawling around. definitely a health code violation.
They one charged 10.59 for a #1 whopper meal when it’s post to be around $8 something on the board. Then charged for sauce and didn't give us any so we had to reverse and go back. They acted like it was to much to do. and no straws. just doesn’t seem to be a organized establishment.
Was in last night, and never will be visiting this location again. Upon receiving receipt, there were multiple items added to order that weren't supposed to be there. I attempted to correct the mistakes made, and they stated they can't refund it. I said, that okay. Just make sure everything is in the bag. It was a 25$ total. When arrived at home, there were 2 small fries missing, a whopper that I didn't even order but got charged for missing and it dawned on me that we never received our drinks. Here's the kicker! When I realized all this, I tried calling numerous times, and they would answer the phone and immediately hang up.
I ordered my food and I was waiting in line for about 25 minutes and then when I finally got up to the window they told me that they haven’t made my food yet so I had to wait an excessive 20 minutes again and then when I looked inside as they were making my food the employee was playing on his phone while he could be handing me my drink he also made eye contact with me as I was staring at him through the window while playing on his phone Haha.
Placed a online order tonight only to get home with two items missing and two items made wrong. called the store and spoke to manager who was rude. Was willing me remke the qrong food and give us the missing food. Let him know I wanted my entire meal remade since by the time we would get the second order my family would not be able to eat hit food all together. Was told no and he then hung up on me. I took all the food back to store. I did get my food remade after fighting him. When we git the food home it was cold still but at least it was correct this time. Manager was rude and has a very attitude. Was bad talking the company and really didn't care about his job. If uppermanagement is reading this O would love to be contacted. I have got to this burger King for years and have never had a bad experience like this.
LISTEN HERE!! I didn't catch his name. But the gentleman that was working at ~11pm on Dec 15th 2021, DESERVES a shout out. That poor fella was working a Burger King ALONE and somehow still maintained a composed and friendly service. If his position is one that can be promoted. That dude should get promoted. Btw, the food was great. Puts McDonald's to shame.
