I ordered through Grubhub. I ordered the All-American burger with onion rings, a Mt Dew Legend, and a slice of cheesecake. The burger bun was so greasy, i had to put it on a paper towel to soak up some of the grease. There was enough mayo to drown a horse, but no mustard. The burger itself was completely bland and mushy. It tasted like a store-brand frozen burger patty that had been microwaved. It was so bad, that the cat, who isn't picky, refused to eat it.The onion rings were underdone, and extremwly sweet. The cheesecake didn't come with any caramel sauce, the one thing it was supposed to have on it. At least it tasted okay.I did not get my drink, so I guess I'll never know what Mt Dew Legend tastes like, because i am not returning after this fiasco.
Absolutely horrible customer service, I tried to place an order online but you can not select a pay in store option for cash. So my next option was call the store and boy oh boy that was a mistake. After calling this location multiple times, not a single person answered instead it would just hang up on you after so long, I couldn’t even get out on hold. So I proceeded to drive to the store to place an order in person and was greeted with absolutely rude service. When I was asked if I was here to pick up a take out order I stated I had tried to call in but no one could answer a phone. I also Was not informed until after I paid that my order for appetizers would be an extra long wait time.
A year ago 5 stars. Changing my review today (may ‘22) because of bad service. The nachos we got were horribly bland and our server hardly came to our table. We had to wave her down for refills, the check, paying…. It was very annoying
Surprisingly really good food. I had a cheeseburger and it was cooked and presented well. Taste was great! Also the onion rings with the sauce they serve were excellent. I have not eaten here on a long time and will absolutely be backThank you.
our food took over an hour to get out even though newer tables around us received their food within 15-20 minutes. the waiter, when he bothered to check on us, blamed the kitchen.
We ate there today and the place was half empty and they had us wait to be seated. It was immediately apparent that they were doing an amazing job of managing the restaurant. All of the employees were working, bussing tables, cleaning, and were very friendly. Our food was great and the service was awesome. We really enjoyed our experience today.
Even though it was a sweet 16 basketball game night the restaurant was not very busy, for a Sunday they had an appropriate amount of staff but since it was not busy most of the staff were not actually working just talking to each other. When I first arrived there was three staff sitting right by the entrance and none of them greeted me since I was alone and I assume they thought I was picking up. When I asked them if I could sit anywhere one of them popped up and then asked if I would like to sit at the bar or at a Booth. Sitting at the bar The bartender was legitimately hardworking but the issue stemmed from even though there was multiple staff she was doing more than her share of work. After she got my drink order it took quite a while for me to order food because she was too busy helping others while there were staff not doing much. I was unfortunately not able to get the bartender's name. The food and beer were great but like I said with such an extra amount of staff the service was very lackluster.
Ordered some chicken wings for pickup. They were very good. Got me original Buffalo sauce. A lot hotter than expected. And no celery to help with the pain. $13 plus was a bit steep. But I definitely would come back.
We ordered dinner from the Bellevue location. Since it was delivery the food was luke warm but kind of expected that. Hubby got the Nashville chicken sandwich and was super disappointed- the flavor just wasn't there. Buns were soggy, chicken was juicy but bland and the hot peppers/sauce wasn't spicy at all.I got the chicken wrap and it was pretty good. Not a fan of their fries at all... super flavorless, even with the lemon pepper seasoning and lord were they dry/hard! The onion rings were good (didn't get the ranch I ordered but since there wasn't an upcharge, not a big deal). We both liked the cheese curds. All in all- not great for the price but not awful either and we'll definitely try the tator tots instead of fries next time!
A carryout CHARGE for THIS, how can you charge people for ordering and picking up food????if you know you know this place needs help and that's what I hope this review does, twice had to wait over a hour for cold carryout food, this place is treated like fast food, the brisket came out of a bag, you can tell by the discoloration on it that one part was left out uncovered, then it doesn't even cover the bun on a $13.50 sandwich, wing sauce is GOOD but it's not good on cold wings, then they started vacuuming next to people sitting eating, bad management because the other bww places aren't like this, hope something changes, management or the name of the restaurant!!
