Lately you have new ppl that are not nice and do not understand what customer service is or don't care the black lady with fake nails was very rude about the order,my points and when asked to speak to manager she said manager wasn't there and pointed her fake finger nails in my face ...I'm a regular but idk if I will keep coming back after this
It was okay didn't have any crushed peanuts but made up for it with a discount, Excellent service.
Stopped in to pickup a birthday cake. We were greeted right away. Cashier was very friendly and even gave us a treat for our dog which she loved. Definitely go back.
The service should be faster and the place could use a remodel. It’s always a wait to get your food or ice cream even with several people serving. The place isn’t super clean and it pretty old looking, hence me saying it needs a remodel. I will be returning though as the food and dessert are so worth it and employees are pretty decent.
They raised their prices and would't give seinor discount the price is higher and portion on sundaes are the size that youd order for a 2yr old i may not even go back
Stop at DQ today to get the chicken strip meal with a drink and a qt of ice cream. Wanted a misty slush for the drink. Was told they couldn't do that, that they couldn't make the substitution??? Well they always have before. Never been an issue before. Made me mad so canceled the order and left. Probably not going back.
Turtle Sunday was delish( have to order hot fudge sundae add caramel and pecans). Make sure you go before 815pm. Line gets long. It's very popular.
Gentleman at the counter taking our order was very nice, polite, professional and listened to us when we ordered. We got hot food and ice cream. Food was fresh, hot and delicious. Blizzard was delicious as well. Good job DQ!
As far as Dairy Queen's go this one is pretty top notch. The chicken fingers and gravy are always super hot and delicious and their blizzards are on point. It sure beats the one I used to go to in Asheville, NC that's for sure.
