foods good but employees clearly don’t value their work, sloppily put together and chicken wrap was cut in 3 horizontally rather than in half vertically making it very difficult to eat and the tortilla was quite tough but service and taste was perfectly fine for a standard arbys
My husband was in the restroom while an employee walked out with their gloves still on! When we told the manager, they claimed that they must have had a spare pair and put them on before leaving the restroom. We don't believe that for one second!
The manager Paul goes above and beyond for his customers! Everytime I go in he has always been so nice and polite. He has excellent customer service skills and seems to be genuinely a great leader to his team .The restaurant is always clean and the food is great! I will definitely keep returning for the great service and food!
Yummy...Wagu Steak Sandwich n Reuban. We forgot to ask for horsey. Reminder at drive thru window would have been nice. Order timely and drinks correct!
This Arby's is no good they do not know how to make a burger they need new employees fast cause they gonna lose customers the burger was nothing but slop if I could no stars I would so sad
Do not waste your money on their shakes. Horrible. Asked for a new one... just a cup of vanilla ice cream again. Called manager. Didn't care.
Their chicken pecan salad sandwich remains a favorite, but their curly fries were overcooked.
The staff there are always super nice. Like very accommodating and polite. Also Arby's is always CLEAN. I am a super nit pick about cleanliness. They always keep everything clean and sanitized.
Food and service was as good always, fast fresh, one of the last fast food restaurants with decent help, I hope they keep treating employees well.
Order was missing items. Wasnt great food. The roast beef did not taste right and sloppy made sandwiches. 3-20-22 bellevue location.
