Not too sure about the online ordering. When I went to go check pricing there was nothing posted in the website until I place the order. If I wanted to find out how much the breakfast items were I had to check the website during the breakfast time but yeah it would let me advance order I lunch? The staff was very nice and had my items ready to be sacked once I arrived.
They are always super busy when I go in so it is SORT OF understandable. But the majority of the employees there, including management, never smile or are happy and up beat which is what you need to have in order for your customers to have a good experience. Granted it's not the only thing needed, but its a big part of the experience.
Not my favorite but my kiddos love it. I had the spicy 10-piece nuggets. The nuggets had their anticipated kick but tasted dry. The fries were warm and soggy. Had we not been traveling I probably would have asked for a fresh order.
Fast food. Usually there's so many people in line there's nothing fast about it! ? I like Wendy's because it's better than most fast food joints. Prices are reasonable with plenty of combinations to choose from. I will eat there again!
I got an Avocado salad tonight. The picture shows 2 large scoops of avocado. When the salad came it had only 1 tablespoon!!! VERY misleading & very expensuve for what I got! Don't waste your money! Stay home & make your OWN salads!!
Tasty baconator can't be beat! Also their hot honey chicken is really spicy and delicious! Be kind to the workers, they have a lot of orders and not a lot of staff! =)
I'm kinda prone to liking Wendy's lol but on a serious note it was great. Fries were perfect and the chicken sandwich was very good. Service was friendly and fast. We got the $5 special and was very filling. I couldn't eat all of it in one sitting. Awesome place if your in need of a quick grab and go bite or drink. Only issue was no napkins:) would be cool if the places with a person's name would have specials or you could get a hat or such:)
Gave it 2 stars because the food was good. The service sucked. The boy who took our order barely acknowledged our presence and never said hello. He just stared. Like he wasn’t sure what he was supposed to do in a customer service situation.The floor was slimy. Go to McDonald’s instead.
Love Wendy's food. One thing I wish they would do, add more honey butter. Most of the sandwiches I get are a bit dry. Next time I get one I will ask for extra honey butter.
You would never know that this is the busiest location in the region by how fast and accurate the staff are in getting orders taken and to the customers! The staff also make sure the seating area is always clean as well. I would recommend going into the building to get food as most people choose the drive-through!
