They kicked me out of a concert because i tried to get a water from the bar and i had a 21+ wristband and the bartender JAKE, carded me. And when i tried to pay with my boyfriends card JAKE made a huge deal about it because it wasnt my name on the card. Guess its unheard of for boyfriends to give their girlfriends spending money these days. JAKE then brought security over to take me away from the bar and into the foyer. In the foyer like 5 security guards bounced me around trying to figure out why this was a problem. In the end they didn’t really care about the credit card issue, the next issue was that my ID was from North Dakota. Because obviously North Dakota doesn’t exist. They kicked me out and told me that i had to have a cop come verify that my ID was real but that they couldnt let me back in because there was no re-entry. It was soo humiliating. I had an officer verify my ID right away but that was actually traumatic. Im very disappointed with the treatment i received.

It's a beautiful building with a storied past. I've seen many an amazing show there in the last 20+ years. While the renovations that happened were great in terms of the aesthetics, I can't help but get an authoritarian feel from the log jam regime that wasn't present in the past

Great concert experience! They also have a great NA IPA, which is much appreciated

Concerts sound AMAZING in here!! Beautiful place, would have loved to seem it back in the day!!!

As the venue host of the 2022 Fly Fishing Film Tour, the staff at The Wilma did a great job in support of the films and in assisting in safety. Because of the layout of the theater and the current placement of speakers, volume levels vary in noticeable decibels depending on your choice of seating.

Another killer show!! Thank u Missoula!! Liquid stranger was great! Staff was great!! Keep up the great work!!!

I was at the Wilma attending the Hippie Sabotage concert on January 26, 2022. There was no upfront warning regarding being on someone’s shoulders. I climbed up on my boyfriend’s shoulders during the first half of the concert and security tapped me on my shoulder and told me to leave immediately. Not one warning after they claimed to get my attention several times. If I had seen/heard any authority asking me to initially get down, I would have in a heartbeat. However, there was absolutely no warning that they claimed to give me. The security person was extremely rude and would not let me explain. This is completely unacceptable and I will not be back at the Wilma. Very rude staff and an absolutely ridiculous situation. I would appreciate being compensated for the lack of maturity and respect put out from the staff.

Your no re-entry policy is dumb. People with medical conditions who have sensory issues need to step outside sometimes for a break. stop treating your patrons like caged animals.
