Traveling for work I'm always on the lookout for good places to eat. Notorious P.I.G. did not disappoint! It was so good I ate it 2 nights in a row. Try to get there early as they begin to run out of different main dishes. The brisket was some of the best I have ever had. Before I left I was already telling friends and family, "if you find yourself in Missoula, do yourself a favor and go eat at Notorious P.I.G.!"
My husband is a bbq freak, it’s what he does in his free time. When I say he was impressed with the entire menu u can trust me! It was so AMAZING! So friendly as well, couldn’t be happier!
I enjoyed dining at the Notorious PIG BBQ. I ordered the two meat combo with green beans and their smoked mac n cheese. For the meats I went with their lean brisket and burnt ends. The brisket was lean but not dry, great smoke. The burnt ends fell apart and went great with the mac and cheese. The green beans were also pretty tasty. Overall the environment was clean and tidy. It’s cool eating in an old car garage. Service was friendly. Plus they got MT Dew on tap. If you’re in town, check them out!
After several failed attempts to find a decent caterer nearby to provide BBQ for our wedding, I found out that these guys do offer catering and sent an email over to Kelli. She responded immediately, provided all of the information including menu, cost, etc right away. We hopped on the phone and discussed anticipated head count, menu selections, etc and it was all super easy. Their rates are very affordable- for both labor and food cost. Not to mention of course the food is delicious and we received many compliments. Highly recommend them for your wedding!
Found this place randomly. As someone out of town, this place is fantastic.I love the fact that it is a converted Jiffy Lube.
Prices are big and portions are small. The food was okay without being exceptional. I am from South Africa, so we are used to good bbq and big chunks of meat and the PIG was a let down.

This place is awesome. The food is amazing, the atmosphere is friendly and clean. I love how they were able to repurpose an automotive lube shop into a barbecue joint
When you want BBQ, this is an awesome place to get it. Slow cooked moist brisket was my choice.Nice staff, inviting place. May look odd but dont pass it up.
This Texas girl is picky about her brisket, so I wasn’t sure what to expect in Montana. Oh. My. Goodness. was it good! Flavorful and not dried out. When brisket doesn’t need sauce, you know it’s a keeper. The smoked chicken was spot on too. Your deviled egg potato salad? One word…yum!! Definitely plan on coming back before we head back out of town.
