Ordering online does not matter. They still mess up the order and do not start making it until you are there and even then they may not have your information. The chalupas are bare and mostly bread. The crunchwrap is unsatisfactory. This store is full of disingenuous people who are confused about their role as fast food employees and really don't care about you or your food at all. There is probably spit in my food.
Third time going through the drive thru 10-20 mins before posted closing time to get a "Sorry, we're closed..." recorded message. This time, someone was standing in the drive thru window watching people drive by. Won't ever come back.
Need to update hours! Drove over supposed to be open till 9pm got here at 807pm drive thru blocked off door locked. Capital waste of time and gas! Will never waste my time come back here if can't even stick to regular hours of operation
Closed lobby at 630PMon a Saturday. Staying next door at the Motel. I denied my order at the drive-thru. I was told they don’t take walk-up orders in the drive-thru.
Went in to this Taco Bell, and have been going here since I started work here at my job site located point 2 miles away from this location Taco Bell, 2 weeks ago I had win in here because the drive-through was super long I went in to the lobby to use the kiosk, only to be told that I had to leave . Mind you have never caused any trouble, call mom and have been going here for quite some time, I'm, the general manager is very racist and very profiling, Don't go in to this restaurant unless you plan to be discriminated against and profiled, comma I'll be giving a call and/or will be receiving a call back from the director of operations as well as the manager and regional manager that manages the district for this location Taco Bell, I'll also be filing a separate report To the Better business bureau
I couldn't get food. I drive a truck and the lobby was closed. So I tried to place a to go order on the website. After adding items to the cart, I found that there was no way to finish the order. There was literally no button. So I called and explained this and that I drive a semi and didn't want to stand in the drive thru. They said I couldn't do that anyway. I said I couldn't place the order online and was told "well I guess there's nothing we can do for you" wow! Ok. After working 14hours there were no warm food options because this place refused service. Thanks folks. I guess it's whatever I can find at the gas station or cold tuna packets on the truck.
Drive threw is fairly quick but need to open the lobby up
NO STARS. We are in a UHAUL moving truck that doesn't fit their 9 ft clearance in their drive through. The lady with no feont teeth refused to serve us in the lobby, calling in our order, and would not serve us walking up to the window.This is a NO FOOD FOR YOU place.
Horrible service, I waited outside the drive through in the cold for 20mins because their lobby was closed and they rejected to take my order, because of their arbitrary policy, I’m a truck driver, thanks a lot.
Great food and great service! If they are short staffed it dot show!! Keep up the hard work!
