When someone asks not to put something on their food and PAYS to have it swapped and you still put it on there, I am now in hives because of you. Get your crew together this is disgusting lack of service. Do better.
What a joke that place is.40+min for 2 tacos and 2 burritos.. the manager Marcus Is a joke as well. Never have I seen a manager converse or act how he did.
They've had some weird hours due to some staffing issues in the recent past but they are still delicious and you can't get food for that low of a price anywhere else these days.
When will your business be open consistently for your customers? You are losing business opportunities every time I drive by and other customers too.

Slow day inside building, drive thru closed and the food was made completely wrong, they were menu items not customized just without tomatoes...almost the only thing on there was tomatoes....GET focused

I placed an order on the Taco Bell mobile app on 5/6 at around 8:15pm (store hours indicated they closed at 9pm) I waited in the mobile order pickup for about 15 minutes, app said order was still being prepared. A number of staff members inside the store saw me pull up and watched as I waited for my order. I called the location and I was told they had closed early and that I would not be receiving my food. I explained that the app allowed me to place the order and that my card was charged. Staff member was not friendly, understanding or helpful, just told me I needed to figure it out within the app. I understand that physical locations don’t always have access to internal app programming but this is frustrating as I’ve been charged for goods I did not receive. I would hope the management team here looks into this to prevent it from happening to other customers. Hopefully I am able to get a refund.
When the mood hits Taco Bell is great. Bad service, however, never is. The new iced cinnamon drink made it worth being forgotten.
Love taco bell. But you can never get into order due extremely long lines.
