It said the hours were updated one week ago but the sign on the door says open 8:30 to 6:00 or later it's 9:30 and you're closed Google says 11 quit lying to Google
I totally understand businesses closing early because of short staffing. Times are hard, and you gotta do what you gotta do. I am completely on board with that. BUT. Accepting my DoorDash order, only to then close without supplying said order has put a VERY bad taste in my mouth. My coworkers and I waited for AN HOUR AND A HALF before learning that the restaurant had closed for the night. Completely unacceptable. Just don't accept the order? Right? Am I completely out of line for thinking this is the easiest way? Rather than having 5 drivers waste their time and money trying to pick up an order that was never going to be ready.
I just love the friendliness of the drive thru dude ? Even if I'm having the worst day ever, he always makes me feel cared for and I leave with a smile. That means more to me than how great my food always is. God bless you always.
Really good food and quick service, but had a bad experience with one of your managers! I'm traveling from out of state looking for some quick veggie options and I ordered a cheddar chalupa deluxe box with all meats either switched to black bean/taken off. A young polite black haired girl with glasses was quick to adjust my order as needed, and everything looked correct on my end, but then an older lady manager came up behind her and started changing it up for some reason. The younger was most likely a line cook, so she may have entered things weird for the back. The manager was practically berating her in front of me and my partners family over something that small and made her cry/walk away. The manager took over the order and finished putting everything in, and when we got our order it was wrong! I'm not sure if it was the line cook staff's mistake (since it was pretty busy) but on our receipt most of it wasn't put in correctly like it was at first. Not even the one taco switched to a DLT on my partners otherwise unchanged box was correct. We took the mistakes with grace and I spoke to the younger girl who was pretty distressed. There was much better ways of handling the situation, and I expected better service from a manager!
Terrible management has led this restaurant to close its lobby. So, if you trekked across the parking lot like I did you did it for nothing.
They were short staffed and still did a great job. Overworked And understaffed, we were impressed
Let me tell you about this Taco Bell… nothing but great customer service excellent food and just the people there are super friendly give them a 10 star if I could!!
Best management, Jordan the general manager is a rockstar he is everywhere in the store he gives opportunities to the employees that may have some challenges in their life but he spends his blood sweat and tears in the store he's working so hard to make it a fun and exciting successful environment.
You can only go through the drive thru due to be short staffed but the staff who do work as amazing! Staff was very upbeat and positive as the worked so hard to serve the food with a smile. The food was good for a nostalgic lunch in the midst of a busy day.
This specific business set's the standard/bar for what exception customer service need's & should be & of course the food doesn't need to be addressed besides it's the bomb diggity & it's Taco Bell, the employees are always super friendly, they don't act like I'm nothing more than an inconvenience & just blatantly rude & disrespectful with nothing except their body language & their dead silence say's more than anything said, they're very welcoming & not once has even one acted anything less than they were genuinely happy for me to be there & made small talk with me & was so amazingly nice & friendly that i genuinely go there now just for the positivity they all give as it's refreshing & very welcoming. This business & the employees are what helps make the world a better place & Taco Bell stands out & above the rest. Period.
