There was a young girl with curly hair and a bunch of bracelets on with lash extensions and a double nose piercing who had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. She was very rude to us as customers and the workers at Subway. She didn’t rotate product putting new product on top of old when she was making our sandwiches. She made our sandwiches so poorly all of our condiments and vegetables were spilled out in the paper or on the floor when she wrapped it. Very rude, I will not be returning solely on my experience with her and the way she treated me. This is the second encounter I have had with her and they were equally horrible experiences.
The manager there is the hardest working manager I have ever seen!! The store was extremely clean, the service was amazing!!! The sandwich making girls are very well trained and have great attitudes!!!
The staff at this location was very nice and patient. We had 5 kids with us from the ages of 3 to 14 and they handled it very well and got all of the sandwiches correct without any problems. We also used 2 gift cards and sub club points for a lot of the food and they stayed calm and willing to help. The food was the same as about every other subway, good but not great. The rebranding didn't help the quality of products that they use.
Was in town for baseball. One night tried to have a salad. Was told they couldn't do to not having bowls. Next day mentioned we'd like a salad but understood there weren't bowls. That gal said oh we have bowls. The look on the ladies face from the night before was priceless...busted. yeah had bowls just didn't want to make that salad. Very cool.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The old lady with the grey hair proceeded to tell us that we were not allowed to use the restroom because “the owner told me to limit the number of people we allow to use the restroom because we have homeless stealing the toilet paper”. WHAT??? After we spent $56 and were not allowed to wash our hands. I’m done with this place. LOOK AT ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!
Look at all the one star reviews. The old hag with the gray hair needs to be fired! Sorry you didn’t go to college and have to work for minimum wage. Not our fault!
I understand that people have bad days, especially in todays world where the people that actually have jobs are overworked. But, every time I come in, the grey haired lady is so completely rude. Rolling her eyes, complaining, not greeting anybody, talking under her breath, and huffin and puffin. Today I walked in, said hello, and she just looked at me like “why are you saying hello”, and waited for her coworker to greet me. At that point, she’s not having an off day, she’s just choosing to be rude. I feel sorry for the other ladies that work there. I can FEEL that she just brings the energy down. If you don’t like your job, or just don’t like being around people, that’s fine, but get a different job. We are in a city with a PLETHORA of job options.
This place is a joke. I came in to order a sandwich, and this high school girl was rude and unprofessional. On another note look at vegetables and meats closely. More times than not it's rotten and slimy. Not good when you claim to be fresh.
Ordered some sub sandwiches and they tasted gross!!!the veggies and bread were soggy and overall food experience was not good. GROSS !!!
