We order through Grub Hub and are sandwiches all wrong. My husband ordered a ft long chicken breast sandwich on Italian herbs and cheese and he found a bone in it. The sandwich also came on Italian bread and had tomato’s and bellpeppers and onions which is not what he ordered. My sandwich also had the wrong bread and came with cucumbers and bellpeppers which I did not order and missing onions. We are pretty disappointed. The only good thing was they gave me extra turkey. I tried calling the store but there was no answer and the voicemail was full.
I enjoy Subway, but this one was FILTHY. We were the only guests when we entered and there were no clean tables. The counter where sandwiches were made was disorderly and unkempt. They were out of 3 items I requested. They didn't have the bread I requested, next I asked for tuna and they didn't have it. The mayo was out and there was no honey mustard. When I went to get a drink, 6 drink options were gone with stickers saying "no more."If they care that little about cleanliness I hope I don't get sick. If I were the owner I would be FURIOUS.
Wowzer! Worst Subway experience ever! When I entered, there were no other customers in there and two employees were just standing around. I looked around for a table to sit at, and every table had crumbs on it (the employees could have been cleaning tables with no one there).They were out of multi-grain bread, had no honey mustard sauce, and had to go look for mayonnaise in the back. I asked for water and I wasn't given a cup, so I reached over and took one. Also, I was not handed my order, so I had to reach over the counter to get it.Then I went in the men's bathroom only to discover it hadn't been cleaned in quite awhile. There was no hand soap or sanitizer, no paper towels, and no toilet paper in the holder. They left an unopened roll of toilet paper sitting on top of the holder. Thus, I did not feel clean to eat my sub. I won't be a returning customer!!!
I was VERY disillusioned when I went to order at the E. Broadway Subway in Missoula, Mt location. Subway is generally my favorite sandwich place and go to place for lunch. We have been traveling all over the southwest for the last 2 weeks and have been entirely satisfied with our Subway experiences until today in Missoula. When we entered the door, we noticed all the tables were dirty and no one was out front to greet us. There were no other customers present so it wasn't busy at that time. Two employees came out from the back. First off, I requested my usual multi-grain bread (off the listed choices) to which the girl helping me replied that they didn't have multi-grain. So I chose Italian bread. As I began to order the toppings, I noticed that the sandwich prep area was cluttered with toppings from previous customers and hadn't been cleaned off as is the normal procedure in other Subway franchises I've been to.I, then, noticed the cucumbers were frozen, the lettuce looked bad and wilty, and there was some old orange sauce that had run down and dried on the inside of the glass and no one had bothered to clean it off.I requested honey mustard for a sandwich spread, which they didn't have, so then I requested mayonnaise. There was no mayonnaise out front so the other person helping went to get some.We were planning to eat inside, but ALL of the tables were FILTHY, so we took it to go.I will DEFINITELY NOT RETURN to this Subway!
I went here last week. The two guys working the counter were so nice!! The guy with all of the tattoos seems to really take pride in his work and I really enjoyed chatting with him while my sandwich was being made. Keep up the good work!
Shoot whoever owns these chains needs to check in. Closing 30 minutes early at two different locations. Also not afraid to talk about clocking in and out their coworkers for them when they are late or want to leave early, in front of customers. Pretty sure thats fraud.
I ordered delivery, got my order and my sandwich was wrong. It had american cheese, lettuce and spinach on it. I ordered a sweet onion and chicken teriyaki footlong with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, and banana peppers. I also got Baja Chipotle in addition to the sweet onion sauce. I called and brought up my concerns. The girl closing tonight said, "Well we are out of a lot of veggies." I then replied, It would have been nice to know,so I could have ordered something else. She said, well next time we will try to call. Not one offer to rectify the situation and take care of your customers. Great customer service! Won't go back to this store again
The guy with bleached hair and neck tattoos is amazing! He has fantastic customer service skills!
Was good as you'd expect, but was understaffed and understandable, i do have to mention the employee wasnt wearing a mask or gloves, which I prefer they atleast wear some kind of gloves, and everytime I've got subway they are usually out of ingredients and it's happen quite often before and after the pandemic.
We ordered for delivery tonight and it was horrible. My sandwich was supposed to be multigrain bread and it came on hard day old Italian bread. There was also no spinach on it and if they put the vinaigrette sauce on I'd be surprised I never tasted it. My husband's bread was rock hard also but at least his was made correctly. Was very disappointed as I was looking forward to a good sandwich tonight.
