Seems to be the location in Missoula where they relocate the misfits to. Not saying all employees are bad, but that the bad ones here. Some firing and retraining is past due.
Even though my drink got mixed up, they got my name wrong and they were super busy... But they did have really good coffee. I ordered the caramel macchiato grande, I did get that same coffee but with extra stuff in it. I waited in line for about 20 minutes. Despite the mix up, the staff there was super friendly and worked diligently to get orders made. The drive through was super busy so we chose walk in, but it was just as busy. I would call in advance for this particular spot and maybe check your order because they are busy and may get orders mixed up. But it is a great place!

My go-to stop for morning coffee and breakfast. The staff is so nice and are unfailingly pleasant no matter how busy they are. Not a negative thing to say about this place or the people who work there.
Omg, Venti pistachio latte with caramel driz on top is delicious. Victoria was supes kind. Always great customer service here
Just a Starbucks nothing special. You know what your getting. No mistakes from them in my experience.
Lobby hours and drive thru says open until 8 pm yet they block the drive thru and lock the doors at 7:45 pm. Disappointing especially seeing 5 employees behind the counter and in the lobby. LAZY
Really good breakfast burrito and french toast. Boo boo burger is good too!
Of course, good coffee and so were breakfast sandwiches.
