My son took me out for an early birthday dinner after a full day of driving and tedious tasks. We were seated quickly by a very kind hostess. Our waitperson, Danny, was the best part of the entire experience! Very funny and gracious and attentive. As busy as the place was, Danny made us feel like royalty. Our food was very good too ( of course!), but the dining experience Danny delivered was truly top notch!!
The food was okay, but the service was lacking. Started out terrific, but as soon as we got our food it went downhill. Never got a refill on my drink even though I asked twice. Our server never glanced our way, and I had to ask the seating host to have her get our check after waiting for over 14 minutes. I understand that places are understaffed, but if you can't handle the amount of tables don't seat them. Red Robins have gone downhill over the last year. So much so I don't want to return.
What a wonderful, friendly, clean restaurant. They are so efficient and lovely crew of staff. They don't mind if you need substitutions for allergy reasons and the food is prepared to your individual liking and taste - they are so accommodating in the kitchen - what a chef and prep crew. Fabulous. They get 10 stars from me .... remember they are immaculate which says a lot these days. We always go there when in Missoula, and dine in. They have a well-oiled team going on there - they give it 100%. I highly recommend Red Robin in Missoula, Montana
Enjoyed our meals, our server, Tristen, was amazing. The host last night had us waiting in the lobby for a table and said about 15 minutes. Totally fine! We were happy to wait. I asked her if she would like our name but she said no. She left the lobby for a minute and another girl came in. At the same time, a family the same size as ours walked in. The new girl immediately led them to a table. We were like, okayyyy?.....The previous host came back and watched a new group come in the door. She started to ask them how many menus they'd need, but the man graciously gestured to us. She asked, "Which one of you were here first?" Which is funny because we had been waiting in the lobby for 10 minutes at that point (and we were the only ones in the lobby) and she had just watched this new group walk in. We said, "We were here first," and the man said, "They were." The host STILL proceeded to lead this man to a table, to which the man stopped her and repeated that we were there first. It wasn't a huge deal, it was just extremely strange. The lobby was not busy, it was very strange that both hosts completely ignored us when we were 1. The only group actually waiting for a table 2. Directly in front of the podium while we waited patiently. Bizarre.
This is the first time I have ever went to a Red Robin. I got a freckled lemonade that was to die for. Lindsey was the best damn waitress I've ever had. She was very nice and deserves a big tip every time. The burgers and fires tasted so go and the campfire sauce is a must have. Thank you Lindsey and Red Robin. Yum.
It was an hour and a half wait, although there were signs for help wanted which explains the wait. The fish and chips were very tasty but quite greasy. The avocado burger was very greasy. The chicken tenders were greasy as well. Great iced tea and our server was fantastic.
Great atmosphere and amazing customer service. Food seems to be lesser quality, not a huge deal, but I about hit the ceiling when I got a bill for $73 for dinner for two. Prices have gone up but I didn't realize 2 burgers and an apatizer were now over 70 bucks.Unfortunately we cannot keep eating here. I understand we are all just trying to survive inflation and the Brandon administration but I've also gotta buy gas to get to work.I'm gonna miss this place ?
Came to Missoula Red Robin 7/7:30pm on 3-19-22The server was great. Was a very busy place at that time. But the staff was doing their best! We had a 15-20 minute wait. All in all it was good. I ordered the cheesy Bacon fondue burger. The cheese sauce should have been filled more. Also the server should not have brought my burger out and stated “We are waiting for the Cheese Sauce to finish in the Microwave” yikes. Quite the turn off.
Nice place, the food is good, the atmosphere is interesting and the wait staff is nice. We were seated at a table in the bar area and our waitress was very attentive even though they were very busy. Yes I would go back again.
I have been coming here at least once every 2 weeks for years. I came today with my son and we were told a 20 to 30 minute wait. Waited 45 minutes and watched multiple groups of 4 come in after us and be seated before us. Definitely don't come here with fewer than 2 people at a busy time or you will be treated like dirt.
