Placed an order at 5:30pm online. Order was supposed to be ready at 6:00pm. No delivery made. Attempted for 2 and a half hours to contact by phone. No answer and no pizza. I will not purchase from the Brooks St location ever again and advise everyone not to purchase as well.

Ordered online, got someone who really can't speak the English language well...couldn't do it poorly either. Didn't get our order right, called to complain and got someone who can't speak the English properly, couldn't do it poorly also. So, Pizza Hut is going down because they don't hire Americans anymore.

I love your wings and chicken. Always friendly service. Pizza is good but could use a little more sauce

Online ordering was easy, food was prepared and delivered fast. Driver was friendly and courteous. Order tracker helped me know when to expect him

To be perfectly honest, after trying for about an hour and a half trying to order a couple of pizzas, with no luck, your number came up. The other places were closed, no answer on the phone, no online and asking fo call…..but no answer, etc., etc. Very glad we got an answer at Pizza Hut, the pizza was delicious and received compliments from the diners. Very good meal!

The online ordering experience was easy and efficient. When I picked up my order the Pizza Hit employee was very helpful and cheerful. The restaurant was short staffed and the lobby was closed but the employee seemed very happy to be at work.

The salad that we were given was brown and old and somewhat slimey. The pizzas were great, as normal. We were very unhappy with the salad that we paid for and received.

This was my first time using the app. It was simple to use & I was very satisfied.

We had absolutely the worst restaurant experience in Mt. I'm embarrassed for this Pizza Hut. We ordered two personal pizza's to go. One was burnt, the other was not. I called and was super nice on the phone, asking them to remake it. The guy on the phone was extremely rude, enraged that we asked. I drove back (after a long day, just needing to get home, but it was burnt, dry and they tried to cover it up with loads of parmesan cheese and other herbs, which we didn't ask for). When we pulled up to the window, the guy demanded the other pizza back, which we gladly handed through the window, although they are not supposed to take pizza's back through the window that have been bitten out of. He then slammed the window shut. Then re-opened it and said it wasn't burnt. I explained calmly and nicely that this is what we always order and have never had it burnt before. I asked if he could make another. He said, "I'm making another one, but I promise, it's going to be burnt again. And I don't want to hear any complaints about it. You ordered with light cheese and because of that, it's burnt. if you order it with light cheese you’re going to get a burnt pizza." Although he said this in the rudest, angriest voice possible. I explained that we only ever order light cheese on one personal pizza and have never had it burnt. He slammed the window shut again. When he reopened it, I told him that this wasn't personal to him, I didn't want to make his day harder, we just wanted a non-burnt pizza, and if there was anything I can do to make his day better, I will. He said, "The next one is going to look JUST like this one!" And slammed the window shut again. We left, as we didn't trust that they wouldn't spit in our food or worse. He was that rude and angry. There was no cars in the lot, except for one, so they are not that busy. Regardless, the guy was clearly having a bad day and took it out on us. We didn't do anything to deserve that and will not return. Dominoes next time, or Little Ceasers, where we have never had a bunt pizza and always have good customer service.
